About the Club

Thrive Pilates Center based in Keene, NH offers in-person, virtual, travel, & on-demand services. Owner Kelley Cady combines the principles of the Polestar Pilates Method, Natural Movement, and Intuitive Eating Counseling with current scientific findings to create balanced muscles, improved posture, greater ease of movement, and a healthier relationship with food, movement, and body. Restoring your functional movement and normal eating is my goal. I started taking pilates with Kelley nine months ago and results have been incredible. Having had two spinal surgeries, my flexiblity in cervical and thoracic spine has significantly improved. She is highly knowledgeable and is a great instructor. I highly recommend!

Finding Kelley has been life changing. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of pain.
I started seeing Kelley 3 months ago. She has helped my body tremendously with alignment and to get out of pain. I have previous injuries from an accident. Since seeing her I can feel my body getting stronger, more aligned, more stable and balanced. I consider her one of my practitioners. Coming here is not like any other fitness session, this is wellness support like nothing else I have experienced. I have seen naturopaths, physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists. This is been the biggest catalyst to manage and get ahead of pain. So grateful for her and what she does! Highly recommend!!

Kelley is incredible at what she does. She'll fix problems you didn't realize you had. Polestar pilates should be covered by insurance. In my opinion, it's far more effective at healing injuries and preventing future issues than traditional rehab programs.

Pilates with Kelley has been a game changer for my health and fitness! Pilates has been the one key component that I have been missing in my workout. As a licensed massage therapist I am pretty aware of my body and body mechanics, but Kelly’s body movement knowledge has been just what I needed! I honestly cannot thank Kelley enough for her patience, understanding, and constant positive attitude! When I first started seeing Kelley, I had chronic shoulder pain that I hadn’t been able to pinpoint how I injured myself and how to stop the pain. I found great but short lived relief from my chiropractor and other therapists at work. I won’t bore you with all the details, but I knew that to get to the bottom of my issue, I needed to strengthen. I am also hyper mobile so I know strengthen is usually the key, but all of my regular workouts weren’t helping. In fact, I now know I was making it worse. Kelley has helped me understand and see which muscles I have been neglecting, and which muscles were being over used. I had no idea that I was compensating with my traps for so much movement and my scapulas were barely moving. I’m FINALLY at the point where I’m able to actually hang from a bar without something holding me up! I never in 1 million years, EVER thought I would be able to do that! To say I’m excited, is an understatement!!! I highly recommend Kelley to anyone who needs help with strengthening, body movement training, and more!

I met Kelley at an expo in Keene and after speaking with her made an appointment because of significant lower back pain. At our first meeting, her explanation of why I was having pain and what we were trying to accomplish was clear and comprehensive. When the session was over I was feeling much better and my alignment was significantly improved - the back pain was substantially reduced...I 'll keep working with her to improve my posture and relieve (and hopefully rid) myself of the back pain. I've been working with Kelley once a week for about a month now and it's been great. I just moved here and had been doing group Pilates classes for a few years and was very pleased with the progress I was seeing. Right away Kelley noted some alignment and fundamentals issues that had been overlooked in the group environment and is helping me improve those while moving me through both familiar and new exercises. It's been so helpful having watchful eyes and hands guiding my form! She also gives me homework and has a video platform to refer to while I'm working at home which is so important to me because I need the accountability.

Today was my first session with Kelley. I was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and safe. The studio is easy to get to, has convenient parking and is super clean and inviting.
Kelley is a wealth of knowledge, patience and warmth. There was an ease to our conversations and she answered all my questions.
There were many options available to continlue my pilates experience and Kelley helped me picked the right one for me. I did not feel pressured - on the contrary, she had spent so much time with me that I was anxious to sign up for more! Highly recommended this cozy studio and its amazing owner.

I was fortunate enough to train along side Kelley during our Pilates comprehensive training and again during our Runity training. She has proven to be an invaluable resource when I began to experience foot and knee pain when running. She was the first person to help me to connect all of the pieces to improve my gait pattern and to run pain free. I would highly recommend Kelley for Pilates and pain free running or walking. She is very relatable and accessible via Zoom and uses meaningful strategies that I was able to put into practice.
