My son is a High School wrestler who attends Veritas for strength and conditioning training. It has made a huge difference in his strength and overall wrestling this year. He won NH All States this year and Veritas definitely contributed to this accomplishment. Not only does he get strenth and conditioning at Veritas, but he also has gotten rehabilitation help as well when he was injured during his season. Kyle, the owner, is super knowledgeable about his field and he also works great with young athletes with motivation and working through struggles physically and mentally. If you want your athlete to perform better and move to the next level, you need to check it out!!

Working with Kyle and his team, my 15 yr old Sophomore and I had a great workout experience. The team is very well educated in all aspects of fitness and health with a keen eye on members during workouts rapidly zeroing in on pain points. Workouts are tailored, monitored, and updated weekly to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and of course effective workout that delivers on the customer's expectations. The tone is set up front thanks to the meticulous assessment (for sports athletes like my son). Trust the process and the results will follow. I joined Veritas last May, about 7 weeks after my ACL reconstruction surgery. Kyle and Ben were crucial in creating a personalized training program that complemented my rehab and physical therapy. My goals started with injury recovery to improve my gait and rebuild strength; now, they have shifted to increasing load and pushing my conditioning. Kyle and Ben are both incredibly competent and knowledgeable. Their training is what helped me walk down the aisle 11 weeks after surgery and jump 30 inches tonight.

I've known Kyle since 2015. First as a student of his doing BJJ and now as a client for fitness and strength training. I'm in my 40's. I've had several injuries and surgeries. The custom programs that Kyle has written for me have been pivotal in helping me recover and staying active. Kyle is excellent at spotting the details in movement and teaching proper form that makes all the difference in recovery, safe training and gaining strength. If you are first starting to workout or if you are an avid gym person and you are looking to boost your potential, Veritas is the place to be! The whole team there is great, each with their own specialities. They are able to take your goals such as building strength, tone, endurance, or sport performance and build a comprehensive plan that is easy to follow using their phone app. Plus, they change as you improve and your needs change, which is great! I have really enjoyed working at this facility and I would highly recommend doing an initial consultation, you will be happy you did!

Kyle and the whole team at Veritas are absolutely amazing!! Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and customize workouts for his clients. The gym atmosphere is very friendly and more like a family. I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain due to desk job. In about six months, I not only got rid of this pain but my body became really strong and toned. I have seen many gym members with sports injuries who got better due to the specialized care and workouts very soon.

Joining Veritas performance training was a big step for me in my athletic career. There’s a difference between just working out and training to get better at your sport and that’s where veritas separates itself. Kyle, the owner, has an unparalleled knowledge base for exercise and fitness. Just talk to him and you’ll understand what I mean. I first met him my sophomore year, he volunteered to be the strength coach at my high school for the summer. He worked closely with our whole team and changed the dynamic of our workouts from that point on. Not only is the training the best around, but the culture in the gym in incredible. There are men and women of all ages pushing each other to get better no matter what your goal is. Me and Kyle have become close together, he has helped me with things outside of the gym life and is a great person as well as coach. He always motivates you and when I walk through the doors I know for a fact that I’m going to get better today. The results speak for themselves. Kyle Briere’s greatest strength as a trainer is his rare ability to quickly and intuitively understand your body movements which benefits both beginners as well as seasoned athletes. He then applies this knowledge to help you make subtle changes in your form and how you perform exercises, resulting in a more effective workout with less chance of injury. And if you are coming off an injury, Kyle is adept at providing exercises that strengthen the area of injury and/ or adapting an exercise so that it does not stress the injury. If you have not worked with a trainer who can do this for you, it is worth trying Strength Lab to see how much a difference it makes. And Kyle is a genuinely nice guy too!

This Gym is amazing !!!! I went from crying after long walk because my back hurt so much to walking two 5Ks this year with no pain. Kyle has been the only person that has been able to figure out what was the route of my back pain after seeing a doctor, physical therapist, and several other gyms/trainers. The people that work out at this gym are so accepting and helpful cant imagine going to another gym.

I have been training at Strength Lab since July, and I can't believe the difference I have seen in both my performance in jiu-jitsu, and also my day-to-day strength and endurance. Once upon a time, I had major hip problems- it was so bad I could barely walk some days. Coach Kyle and the SLNH team not only got my hip back in shape, but I'm healthier and stronger than ever before. Coach Kyle's nutrition guidance (and general lifestyle guidance) got me back on a healthy track.
I LOVE the customized programs, and even though there are other folks in the gym at the same time as me, I never feel awkward or pressured, only encouraged. The gym has changing rooms, a shower on site, and is super clean. Coach Kyle's dog Roma is always there to greet you with a wagging tail :).
I work out with athletes from a variety of sports, people recovering from surgeries, young adults, fitness nuts, the average Joe, etc.- and they have all become like family. Can't recommend Strength Lab enough!

SLNH is by far the best place to train in Southern NH. Kyle, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable in so many areas, that any type of person can walk in off the street and he can begin to work with them on a tailored program to meet their goals. I can't say enough great things about Strength Lab, Kyle and his staff. I have worked with Kyle for many years now and although at times due to my personal schedule we have had some stops and starts, he has been a constant source of motivation in my life even when I am not there (he is the little voice in my head pushing me or reminding me of form). I've been going to StrengthLab for over a year now and I have noticed a much improved quality of living. Past injuries effected what I could do before but now I feel so much stronger from Kyle's training that I can go back and do Brazilian Jiujitsu plus numerous other activities that I thought I wouldn't be able to do anymore. I came here to break away from the group workouts that paid no attention to my goals. There is no better place to train if you are looking for a workout precisely customized to your individual needs. After knee surgery for meniscus tears, I was left with chronic knee pain long after physical therapy ended. Kyle Briere provides a very needed service in the Nashua, NH area. For people like myself that have had hip replacements and have completed physical therapy, it is quite challenging to return to a big fitness gym with personal trainers who have little or no expertise in post surgery clients. I felt secure with Kyle in attempting to transition from physical therapy to strength training. He has the education, experience and good judgement to know how to incrementally increase strength without injury. After working with Kyle one on one for personal training, he was very helpful in creating workout routines for me that I could use in his gym and/or use at home. Since he uses very basic equipment instead of exercise machines it becomes much easier to incorporate what was taught into a way of life at home. I saw definite results in my overall strength and condition. I am so appreciative of the excellent help I received from Kyle.

My first experience with Strength Lab NH is when I signed up my daughter to attend an 8 week conditioning class last summer (2014). At the end of the session, my 14 year old daughter, wanted to keep going, and since I had been having so much trouble getting her into any kind of fitness routine I found a way along with SL's flexibility to get her there twice a week. I ended up working out myself since I was bringing my daughter and after only a few sessions I found myself really looking forward to going to SL. Their daily dose (as they call it) is different every time and I have found that the sessions at SL have been a great complement to my at home cardio routine. I recommend Strength Lab highly to anyone that is tired of the gym scene. At SL, you will see results, you will feel results, and along the way you are going to meet some really great people!
