I have just finished a 4 session training package with Marco to help Me start up in the gym to increase strength, stability and learn the machines. He made an exercise program for me to start with and spent time explaining how to do it. I am now ready to continue on my own for now.

Love the convenience of having a gym in my town!!! Now there are no excuses! Marco is amazing a great personal trainer. If you haven’t signed up for any sessions, hurry up and get on it before he’s all booked up! He even does virtual sessions and meal planning! I’ve been going to this gym since it opened and I couldn’t be happier with it. The space is always clean and well-maintained, which makes working out a much better experience. There are a lot of positives about this gym. It is clean, mostly quiet, air conditioned, and has pretty good options for equipment. That, and the monthly fee is quite reasonable. If you live in the area I recommend it.

I was excited for this new spot to open right in town. I’ve worked out at a few gyms over the years but mostly at home in my basement. This is a fresh, new, clean space that has more than you need to switch things up! I have really enjoyed learning different strength moves by using the different equipment and machines. Marco is very knowledgeable and helpful. I signed up to do some personal training with him because I do love learning and wanted a new challenge! He has been able to show me how to adjust just slightly and it targets different muscles in the correct form. It’s been a fun month so far and excited for the years to come!

I was so excited to find a gym in Rindge, NH! I usually travel to our family cabin every summer and so glad I was able to keep up my fitness while I was here! Small gym, but enough equipment/weights to fit your needs. Marco is extremely nice and helped me change up an exercise to be better for my injury. Definitely recommend!

I could go on and on about how incredible Marco is! I’ve been working with Marco since January with a goal of dropping about 40-50 lbs, feeling stronger, healthier, and reshaping my body completely by May. He perfectly knew how to make all that happen given my level and body type. He brought back the inner “gym rat” in me that I truly wanted to reappear. I went from weighing about 180 to 137 and it felt awesome to be back in size 4 shorts! It was very important to me that I find a personal trainer who could challenge me to surpass my limits, be attentive, and keep me from never losing sight of my goals. He was excellent at that! He has changed my perspective on training both inside and outside the gym. He also did a great job at explaining to me how I’ll be able to achieve my goals. Most importantly, Marco has removed any anxiety or doubt I had about getting back to working out in a gym and reestablishing healthy routines. I felt like his workout plans and meal plans are well thought out and he puts a lot of time and effort into creating them. In other words it’s not just a cookie cutter plan, it’s truly tailored to me! He takes great pride in his work and made me feel like he was dedicated to my success. I like how Marco is no nonsense, firmly supportive, receptive to feedback and actually keeps me entertained while working out! I like that he wanted me to learn as much as I could about diet, the body’s muscles, proper technique, and the why’s and how’s of the exercises I need to perform. I really value that he got me to try new exercises and equipment that I just avoided in the past and now I feel fully confident when I do them. He’s also very accessible if I have questions. I truly think Marco is a diamond in the rough (and tough). I’ve watched other personal trainers during this time working with clients and I just don’t see the same results and I can’t imagine myself working with them because I am so pleased with Marco! Through his industry knowledge and professional rigor I finish our sessions with pride and a desire to keep doing more. With Marco as my trainer I could actually see long term success in my future. Marco has been the most attentive coach I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I have now been with him for 3 three month sessions and it has very much worth the money!!!
I am far away so we have never met but from the start, he asked plenty of questions and thoroughly broke down where my trouble areas were and built a plan SPECIFICALLY meant for me. My strength increased tremendously and if/when I said I wanted to change up my meals or workout, Marco listened. He checks in and he keeps YOU in mind. I decided to try out a training package with Marco earlier this year. In the past few years I have been less active due in part to injury. This combined with middle age weight gain and the dreaded Covid-19 pounds, getting into shape was a daunting task!
In the past four months, Marco has kept me motivated and encourages me. He holds me accountable and does not let me slack. Marco has tailored works out which are intense and challenging, while taking into account my prior injuries. In a few short months I have noticed a dramatic decrease in joint pain and inflammation and have lost 25 pounds. I would wholeheartedly recommend that anyone at any age or fitness level give Marco a call. He truly is one of the best!

Marco is an extremely talented personal trainer. I’ve encountered a number of personal trainers over the years and Marco is extremely well rounded. He sets realistic expectations, while giving you all the tools you need to make the change. No matter your experience, he has the knowledge to take you to the next level (weight loss, body composition, strength...) I started training with Marco after taking time away from the gym and fitness altogether. Unfortunately, I pulled my back within the 1st 2 weeks. Working from home and 15 hour days with little to no exercise caused these issues. I thought that was the end of our training session. Little did I know how much Marco knew about repairing the body. Fortunately, it was the start of a new beginning. Marco worked with by back issues and corrected the poor form that exacerbated the issue. His expertise in this area is impressive. Thanks to him, I was able to strengthen my back put on muscle regain my confidence without fear of injury and for that I am thankful. No matter your budget or experience level in or out the gym there is something to gain from Marco. I highly recommend training with him!!!

I was always a fan of the gym and eating healthy but I never had a personal trainer before so I was nervous. When I walked into the doors of encompass for my first time to have my meeting with Marco, it was like he knew me for years. We sat down, chatted about my goals, how he would help me reach them, but also made sure that no matter what I was always going to feel supported by him. I am 53 years old and was tired of looking in the mirror and not recognizing the body in front of me. I am very active but no matter what, those 12 pounds would not budge. I've been a member of the fitness gym where Marco trains for quite some time so before I decided to hire him as my personal trainer I had observed his training style with different clients for a few months.

Marco is very good at what he does. A real professional that was very helpful in getting me to reach my goals.
