It’s the only gym in town, and they are overwhelmed with people trying to get in, that’s why it takes so long for them to get back to you, but I got in after being patient, and it’s the best gymI’ve ever been to people are very polite. It’s clean.

Terrible people running this gym. Rude and lazy. Used to come here when I was younger, it was amazing under old management. This new lady who runs the place is just a *****. Kicked out my girlfriend who goes every day for taking her friend one time. Same story as a few of my buddies. All of us moved onto bigger and better. If she ever responds giving you a chance at getting a membership, I’d think again and take your loyalty somewhere other than this ****hole.

Great equipment, terrible customer service. Lady takes 2 months to get back to you on absolutely anything. I tried to have two of my friends sign up for a membership and start coming with me and yet she refused to answer or have any contact with them at all I brought them in myself to show them around and get a workout in and the next day my key was deactivated. Good Gym however an absolute joke of a business. Have fun with your 10 customers not sure why you wouldn’t want to expand.

I wish I knew how to get ahold of someone there. They never answer the phone and the mailbox is always full. If you go there it has a big sign on the door that tours are by appointment only, but I have yet to get ahold of anyone to make an appointment because they never answer the phone, and are unable to take messages. I suppose they are happy with the customers they have now and don’t want anymore. I would gladly upgrade my rating as I heard this is a great gym, but I haven’t been able to get in there to see for myself.

I tried to contact the owner more than 15 times... Cell phone mailbox is always full... Not answer the emails. They don't care about the customers.

This gym is a joke, i have called in excess of 50 times. The phone doesn't even ring and goes straight to voicemail...which is full so it just hangs up. I call in the morning, the evening, the afternoon, the weekend. Email is the same, just no response whatsoever.

How can you possibly run a profitable gym if you don't get customers. I live ten minutes from here and would love to work out at a gym, instead i need to drive to concord or keene for it because YOU DON'T PICK UP YOUR PHONE OR ANSWER YOUR EMAILS. I would not recommend this gym just based on that alone, they don't care about their potential customers or members if they communicate in such a way.
