Zack is amazing! He's extremely knowledgeable about the body and takes the time to explain why you're doing certain exercises. My daughter has been going for strength and movement training and loves working with him. I would highly recommend Zach and War Room Athletics!!!

Zach is terrific; I followed him from a large national chain to his gym - about 30 miles away. He changes up the workouts, measures and adjusts as needed. He has proven to be in a class my himself compared to others that I have used in the past.
