Great gym. It's reasonably priced and open 24hrs which is great. However, they don't have a ton of machines due to space, so if it's busy it can be difficult to use some of them quickly. Everyone there is nice as well.

Let me start off by saying this gym is great! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The man there during the day every Mon-Fri knows everyone's names! Even remembered mine the first day! The gym is always very clean as well. Great variety of equipment. The best part is you can't beat the price! I highly recommend!

joined for a week while on vacation. staff super helpful(Paul, Bill). Was limited in what I could use due to a previous injury but plenty of selection in cardio equipment and weights. Overall not a large space for a gym(store in large strip mall) but they have all you'd need. locker rooms also on small side but don't seem widely used. area where weights are located can get crowded with 4-5 people using but others respect your space. Very clean and well kept all equipment was functioning and maintained. Members seem to be diverse age-wise from college aged to seniors. recommend highly

Amazing staff. Amazing perks and prices. I met the manager once and a week later he remembered to call me Benny not Ben. Everything about this place is comfortable like a mom and pop gym but with benefits most chains don't even have. And it's so cheap I thought it was too good to be true. Can't recommend it enough.

I love going to this gym....at the times I go it never ever feels crowded. Great for "social distancing" :) The employees are so helpful and friendly and it is VERY clean, plus we just clean after we use the equipment ourselves. They have all the machines I need/want and more.

The pros:
• Gym is close proximity to Hampton
• Has the “new” allure
• Not very busy
• Great for older clientele
Cons:
• Staff not very engaged with customers (focused on web surfing)
• Very small and feels packed with 10-15 people
• Lot’s of grunting and dropping of weights
• Not very clean – showers are dirty, and garbage is always full

Feels like a Planet Fitness knockoff without the quality of a PF gym.
