The best gym and trainer I've ever been to. Excellent guidance and motivation to meet your own goals. The monthly InBody scan and breakdown provides actionable metrics that are not available when using a traditional scale which allows you and your trainer to adjust your plan based on those results. I started with Ron almost 6 months ago; and I have had four other trainers over the last 15 years. Ron is one of the most thoughtful, genuine, and collaborative trainers. Ron not only listened to my concerns (and researched them on his own and gave me advice), he never added stress to my day. Whether I was late, not in a great mood, quiet due to work stress, or any other reason; Ron stayed completely patient and willing to work with me.
And the workouts are super helpful - they vary just enough; they have helped me gain strength, muscle, and tone.
Just recently, my kids started working with Ron. They shared that “He’s very respectful while making sure we are pushing ourselves. Really recommend!”

Ron has made a significant impact on my ability in the weight room. I am a college student athlete and before coming to him the weight room was foreign to me and he made me feel comfortable and helped me through the process before going back to school this fall. I don’t believe that I’m still working out and seeing results both in weight loss and toning muscles! I owe it all to Ron’s one-on-one instruction and motivation. He helps me exercise by adapting to my limitations of mobility and makes it easy to do so three times a week which is a stress relief because of all the laughter from the stories he shares!!! I especially enjoy the privacy of the studio and the fact that he makes it as comfortable as it needs to be for me to enjoy our sessions. Whether that means blasting the AC and fans or shifting the equipment around so I don’t have to struggle to hurt my stiff joints on ‘bad days’.

Ron is awesome! He actively listens and meets you where you're at. He is encouraging, positive and knowledgeable. When lifting weights, he shows and explains the safe way to do it. Also explains why you only go so far. (You'll either hurt yourself or don't get anything out over bigger movement.) He starts at a lighter weight so you can get the idea and muscle memory down. Then, when that's too easy, he moves up at your body's pace. The next day he checks in to get your feedback. I had no idea how strong I was. I'm a 5.4 and 125 lbs. I am so proud that I can lift half my body weight with my arms and 180 lbs. with my lower body. Thanks, Ron

I've been working with Ron at Your Goal Fitness for about 6 weeks now. I gave YGF a try because I've never been interested in going to big gyms. I wouldn't know if I was doing things properly, or doing the right things for that matter. And I don't care for the atmosphere at gyms. Ron provided a professional assessment of my abilities at his own personal gym, a well-equipped, private space without distraction. He talked to me about what I wanted to get from training. Then he put together a plan that challenged me. He's checked in with me after my workouts to make sure I'm good. He's listened to me when I've had any questions or concerns and adjusted my program accordingly. As a result I have had a lot of improvement in the areas that we are targeting. I see Ron at his gym once per week and then use the personalized training program that he has built for me at home. Bottom line: it works. Ron really knows his stuff. I would strongly recommend Ron at Your Goal Fitness to anyone like me that has never been interested in going to a gym but knows they want to improve and lacks the knowledge to get it done on their own.

Went to your goal fitness for a consultation, and all I can say is what a great experience, Ron is very professional, the boutique gym is very clean, and is in line with covid 19 sanitation. I did a 3 day trial , and just signed up for a 6month package. I’m excited to see my results. SUMMER IS COMING!!!
