4orce Fitness is elite! The training style not only strengthens you physically, but also mentally. Jay has a diverse style of training that makes him stand out from other local gyms in NJ (Don't believe me? Come see for yourself!). Each circuit training will leave you in amazement to see how strong you truly are. Jay cares for his clients and it shows because giving up isn't an option at 4orce Fitness. The day I came into the gym for a consultation, I had a goal and it's safe to say that I exceeded my goal 10x over and still progressing!

My first day training with Jay I knew I had found my second home! I’ve tried many different types of gyms (boot camp, CrossFit , orange theory, F45) and nothing compares to the training I get at 4orce Fitness. If you are looking to get results in a month this is the right place for you! He is not your typical trainer, he will push your limits and more,it all depends how much you want to see a change in your physical health. All the workouts are different, you will never get bored. I love that we do upper body and core, legs and HIIT workouts different days of the week, he targets your entire body. So excited to continue seeing results.

One of the most effective workouts I’ve experienced. Great trainer that doesn’t let you slack. Every rep counts! When he says results in the first month, it’s not fluff! Well maintained gym and clean, well kept equipment. You can tell the owner cares about what he does.

I was introduced to Jay about 3 years ago and I haven’t turned back since. I’ve had great success training with him and reached goals I’ve never thought I would achieve. He has a unique style of training that doesn’t serve the weak. Highly motivates his clients and great workout environment. Anything worth working for is never easy but if you stick at it you’ll definitely see and feel the results.

I don’t know how I ended up at this gym, really. However, it’s important to share my experience. Coach Jay is unprofessional and shows no respect for those surrounding. What I mean by that is he’s consistently swearing, and lacks the potential to motivate his clients (gives off negative energy ; zero encouragement). The environment there is oddly weird and so is the coach. I would summarize and state: “Avoid this gym at all costs. I don’t think this is what anyone is looking for”. <3

I have just recently signed up, but so far Jay has been extremely professional, prepared, and motivating to push the limits and be your best. Before and after every session, all the equipment is cleaned. Best part about it is that he caters the workouts specifically for the client. Amazing gym, started seeing results in the first month. Always super clean and Jay is by far the most motivating trainer I have ever had. I was in a bad ATV accident back in 2013 which left my left arm effectively paralyzed. Physical therapy was pretty useless and I saw not much progress at all. I pretty much gave up on regaining muscle and function. A year ago, I started seeing Jay and we've rebuilt my arm more than I did in the previous 6yrs prior. Thanks, Jay!

If you want to see results this is the place you need to join. Jay is very dedicated to what he does and motivates you to give your best. I truly enjoy my private sessions and his classes as well. I kind of like my soreness next day since I know that whatever we are doing in class its really working! He is the best so far out of all the PT I trained with!
