Designed to teach flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness using gymnastics skills while building positive self-esteem in a relaxed, fun, yet challenging atmosphere. A gymnastics program designed to build gymnastics skills through progression. Activities include bars, tumbling, vault, balance beam, and trampoline. Above the Bar Gymnastics Academy is all about staying HEALTHY and having FUN!

My daughter has been attending Above the Bar Gymnastics for 3 months, and she absolutely loves it! The coaches are amazing and truly help her grow in skill and confidence, and the front desk staff are always welcoming. She’s also been enjoying their camp and comes home excited every time. The positive and supportive atmosphere here is unmatched—highly recommend!

I bring my 3 year old and 5 year old for 1 hour a week sessions since the beginning of June 2024 and they LOVE coming! All the staff and coaches are super friendly, accommodating and caring! Highly recommend! 🤍
