I LOVE THIS GYM!
I have found an amazing supportive community here, we encourage and elevate one another every day. Rob is a tremendous coach, tailoring the work to each of our abilities and quirks. I go every day itβs open, i could not survive without my daily mood boost and therapy sessions:D-ha! The workouts are efficient and scalable, absolutely anyone can do them. If you are looking for what youβve been missing, i invite you to check it out. You may find yourself addicted to the love, with your super strength and fitness just an added bonus.

Excellent coaching & strong, supportive community!
Rob, Kristin and the entire coaching staff at Long Branch Crossfit focus on teaching proper skills and form. Whatever the workout of the day, athletes are encouraged to challenge themselves in order to become the best version of themselves. I have been training at Long Branch Crossfit for 6 months and thankful everyday as I walk through the door, the outside disappears and I focus on me. It is the best gift I have given myself!

If you're looking to gain strength, motivation, and some great friends this is the place to go. I've been training with the owner Rob for about 3 years now and I can say he's one of the most motivational people you will ever meet. Extremely dedicated to making people a better version of themselves through working out. He will be there to help you and improve your skills from the first day you get there, and will continue giving you the critiques and attention needed to lift and do the workouts properly. Make sure you come in with a willingness to learn and work hard!

Ive been training Crossfit for about 2 years prior to finding LBCF and immediately after taking my first class here I knew this is the place I wanted to be. The community and the coaches are great, the box is always clean, and the programming is well thought out. If you want to build muscle (like swole strong), eat healthier, or just become an overall badass at life daily then definitely check out Long Branch Crossfit.
