Aggie is a great trainer and I highly recommend her. She takes her time during each session to ensure that your body is position correctly so that you do not injure yourself and also to allow your body to get the most out of the workout.

“Fun, exceptional and satisfactory"...these are Aggie’s group workout classes that I have come to like and gives me an optimal challenge. I feel motivated with every learning class and different types of workout styles. I have had a create transformation in the last few months and I am liking it. One thing I can advise is keep your discipline in Aggie’s workout classes and you shall see the results. I would highly recommend Aggie.

I was searching for personal trainers in the area as I needed workout guidance around my herniated disc. Aggie helped me with the fitness basics and planned workout around my injury. We started with simple workout and progressed towards intermediate level within a few months. She will listen to your questions, give appropriate stretching and diet tips. She is the best trainer , I have come across so far. She works with your pace and helps you progress steadily. One thing I like about her particularly is that she tailors the workout to your individual needs. Spend some time training with her and you will see results. Period. On the other hand her knowledge and inputs about nutrition is also very helpful.

I have had trainers in the past, but never had one as passionate and involved in my workouts as Agnes. She is more than a trainer. She is a personal health coach, who teaches you nutrition and exercise. Each workout is different, and she's fun to work out with! I love the way I feel and look! Agnes is the best!! I highly her!
