Been at this gym since the swimming pool, original saunas were there. It has went downhill fast. They downgraded the equipment 💯 fact don’t believe what you see on social media the equipment is downgraded. Also they refuse to heat the gym in the winter! Again that’s a fact I literally have seen their thermostats in the 50’s the barbells or anything metal is ice cold. Not to mention…. You should be warm when you workout it’s ok to sweat and it will prevent you from tearing muscle, tendons, and or ligaments. With that said staff is nice place is clean but in that area there really isn’t any other gyms so kinda sucks that’s what we are stuck with

I had a small issue back in December, but the owner reached out and made an effort to make things right. I took a few months to explore other gyms, and when I returned, they still honored the original deal. I really appreciate that, and as long as I live in Hammonton, I’ll continue to be a member.

I’ve been training here for almost a year now, since joining I’ve seen massive improvements in quality. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, as well as it being the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. It has every piece of equipment you could need - especially after the recent upgrade that completely overhauled and leveled up the gym. Along with the addition of great membership perks it is an amazing atmosphere overall and it’s only up from here.

I absolutely love my new gym! The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has everything I need for a great workout. What really makes it special, though, is the staff—especially Luis at the front desk. He is truly amazing and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. Personally one of my favorite gyms I have been too in a while the inside has all of the necessary equipment that you need to get a good lift in the staff is what really makes the gym feel more at home Luis is one staff that I can remember who is usually there on the days I’m getting my lifts in just the welcoming prescence he brings everytime I am just walking in or leaving he is a very polite man and that is what I feel makes this gym better then the rest is how the staff makes u feel at home and the overall charisma of the people in the gym

The gym is great, all of the equipment works and everything is kept very clean. The atmosphere is very nice. I make sure to go in on the days that Luis is there. He always has a smile on his face and greets me with a “How is your day going” and when i leave it is always a “Have a wonderful night” with a smile on his face. He makes great protein shakes. He is an all around great worker. Adrenaline is a great gym and has great workers!

In all the years I have been a member there has never been an associate that compares to the hospitality Luis Rodriguez provides each and everyday! He’s very punctual and yet super professional. For the price of the membership ($35), I think I get value from it. Cardio equipment is always available and clean. As other reviewers said, it can get crowded by the weights and machines at times, but they do spread weights out too to help facilitate that. Plus a sauna, tanning, cold plunge, (haven’t tried it yet), you can’t really go wrong!

It's a nice gym... but the weight/machine section itself is on the smaller side and gets way too crowded. I still haven't managed to find a time outside of normal work hours where I don't have to pace the place waiting for an open bench or machine, it has to be the most frustrating thing in the world when you want to get your workout done and get the hell out of there. The weekends it closes at 6. That's rough. I can't imagine it would break the bank to extend the hours a little bit. With this being the only real gym within 25 minutes of this area, it's gotta be doing well enough. With that being said, it does have a solid selection for any type of workout you'd need, crossfit, free weights, classes etc. And, as I said it's the only real gym in the area, planet fitness doesn't count.

Full service gym with specialty classes, tanning, crossfit and a good amount of cardio equipment including stair masters. I personally have done crossfit there for 6 months. The coaches there are phenomenal and are the main reason I continue to show up. 🙌

I've been going here for a little over a month and I've really enjoyed this gym so far! Sometimes it can be a bit crowded depending on the time of day but they have a good selection of equipment, clean facility, friendly staff, and affordable membership. I personally love their small training room as well as their crossfit room and I like that they have open gym times to use the crossfit equipment.

I used to enjoy this gym but now after 2 years of coming here it’s going down hill fast. The gym caters to CrossFit and other small group classes that take up the majority of the gym leaving everyone else to fight over limited equipment and space. It feels like every month they add more classes that leave no room for people who just want to get a workout in. For example pointless yoga trapeze now takes up an auxiliary room during peak hours. If you work out between 6am-9am or after 5pm on a work day, good luck getting a decent workout. Staff is nice and gym is always clean though.

Well I want to first start off and say the amount we pay a month we definitely don’t get our money’s worth, the equipment is very limited, only one actual squat rack and 3 benches is crazy, paying 40 a month I expect a lot better of a gym and better staff, gym is always clean and I’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and lately I’ve been wanting to switch gyms, hammonton Heath and fitness was what it was called before they got a new owner it was a very good gym, the changes they made are terrible and making people not want to workout here

Adrenaline replaced a very good gym know as hammonton health and fitness, now a very commercial, expensive, and extremely limited gym. Lack of equipment at this gym is their biggest issue I’d say, 1 proper squat rack is not enough. The gym is always clean and the staff is friendly. At some points during the day there are more people in the gym than machines. I don’t personally think the pricing of the membership is worth the value of it because of the limitations. I’d like to see other chest press/fly style machines, and any leg machines considering there isn’t many.

Update 8/14/2022: Everything is absolutely beautifully clean!! They have the smoothie bar open now and it's very reasonable priced!! The staff is friendly/helpful & knowledgeable. There are group classes scheduled, active and lots of personal training packages. This gym is really an asset to have in the community with affordable pricing. Check it out!! I’ve had an amazing journey with Jersey Devil CrossFit at Adrenaline in Hammonton. I began a lifestyle change in the fall of 2020. March 2021, I first stepped into the gym limited to what I could do successfully. Tasks where scaled to my individual needs and ability. While as of this morning, I’ve lost 110 pounds I have gained much more in confidence, pride, strength, and a healthy lifestyle. I am grateful for the kindness and support of all of the staff. I was never much of a regular gym-goer but this gym is incredible and now I go at least 4 times a week. There's plenty of room to do whatever you need to do- most times I have an entire room to myself. There's also an abundance of equipment and machines so you never have to wait to use anything.
