Looking for a fitness center where you never have to wait for a machine? What about a place to workout whenever you please? That's where Advanced Fitness and Wellness comes in. Our exclusive fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you can workout when it fits YOUR schedule. Our boutique fitness center caps our membership to only 75 individuals, so you don't have to deal with crowds! We are located close to Pequannock, Kinnelon, Pompton Plains and Wayne, NJ. Whether you're looking for a place to work out on your own, or would like to hire one of our trainers, Advanced Fitness and Wellness is ready to welcome you.

I can not say enough good things about Advanced! My son and I go weekly to see Dr. Kevin. He an amazing Chiropractor and his staff is super nice and friendly! We feel like family there :) They are top notch and I highly recommend them!

I was here 20 years ago with
2 bulged disc's and one herniated disc. I was treated with compassion and understanding. I was good for 20 years. When I experienced pain recently I knew exactly where to go. Even though my insurance does not cover 100% it is totally worth paying more for the high quality and expertise treatment. Now I should be good for another 20 years.
