We just had my daughter’s 7th birthday here. She had a fantastic time and said it was her favorite party yet! The coaches were very kind, attentive, and helpful. Thank you!

It’s been over a year, but I wanted to share our experience. My daughter canceled a class before it even started. She wasn’t fully happy with the previous class she had taken, the location was quite far from home, and she happened to injure her foot around that time. Since we canceled before the class began, I assumed we’d be eligible for a refund. However, I was told that their policy does not allow refunds once you register—even if the class hasn’t started.

They mentioned they would consider a refund if I provided a doctor’s note, but since the injury didn’t require a hospital visit, we couldn’t meet that requirement. In the end, we paid for a class my daughter never attended and were not able to get a refund.

I don’t plan to register for any more classes here, but I also can’t get the money back. (About $300) I would advise other parents to carefully consider this before registering. Even if you cancel in advance, no refunds will be issued.

My daughter goes to tiny tigers and she enjoys and looks forward to the classes but the only thing I didnt like is their policy of only one makeup class. They should increase that number because the kids at this age go to day cares, other activites and are more prone to getting mild sickness. I know aeon acknowledges the doctors note but not always you take them to the doctors.

Five stars! My daughter absolutely loves Aeon! We transferred her here about 7 months ago from another gym, and the difference is night and day. The coaches here are incredibly supportive and positive, always encouraging her to push her limits while ensuring she feels safe and confident. I've been so impressed with how much her skills have progressed since she started here. She's learned so many new skills and has grown tremendously as a gymnast. Beyond the technical training, I also appreciate the emphasis they place on teamwork and sportsmanship. The overall atmosphere is just fantastic - it's a really positive and encouraging environment for young athletes to thrive. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym to any parent looking for a great place for their child to learn and love gymnastics!

Aeon is truly a special place.  I have had previous experience both with rec classes and competitive team elsewhere.  If you are looking for a safe, happy, and healthy environment for your child, this is it.  I can't say enough about how fantastic the coaches are.  They ensure that the tone of the gym, which is one of encouragement, positivity, and care, is evident each day.  If you peek in to watch your child during their class, you will see smiles and laughter, from beginner rec, up through the highly competitive Level 10 gymnasts.  That says a lot. The gym owners and managers are very involved and approachable and have created a culture where skill development and fun can occur simultaneously.

Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics has been a wonderful experience for both of my girls. The coaches are incredibly welcoming and truly engage with the kids in recreational classes, making every session enjoyable. My younger child has recently joined the competitive team, and we couldn't be happier with the transition.

The training is top-notch, with coaches who are not only knowledgeable about skills but also full of encouragement. They foster a positive environment that motivates the kids to excel. We've also made lifelong friends through our time here, which has been an unexpected and delightful bonus.

I can't say enough good things about Aeon. If you’re looking for a supportive and professional gym, this is the place to be!

My daughter has been going to Aeon for over 8 years. We began with Parent and Me classes, then into recreational classes and now she is on the USAG competitive team. All along the way we have had a positive experience. We are so grateful for the positive impact Aeon has had on her life. She has grown into a confident, happy, strong middle schooler many thanks to what she has learned through gymnastics. We trust the coaches and staff and would highly recommend the gym.

My daughter has been taking recreational gymnastics for the past 2 years. It's a drop off/pick up class. It used to be 1.5hrs. Currently they shortened it to 1hr and still charging same price. No explanation to the parents. Also I find the evaluation to be extremely confusing. There is no one on one with the instructors for feedback and areas that need improvement. My question is is my child getting better or are we wasting time. Is there any potential for growth? All around disappointed 😞

We have been at Aeon for the last 6 years and my daughter is currently on their USAG competitive team.
From the time she was in classes until now, we have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect and everyone from the coaches to the owners are amazing and helpful.
My daughter has found her gym family and we have as well.
I work closely with Donna (the manager) as well as Stephanie and Amanda and have had nothing but positive interactions with them. Donna always responds to me when I have a question and honestly goes above and beyond for my family; she’s just genuinely a wonderful manager but more so a fantastic, empathetic, kind human. I’ve seen her in action when the gym is busy and she handles every situation with grace and remains calm, something that isn’t always easy to do!

We love that we have found a positive, structured, happy environment for our daughter. She is excelling in her craft and that’s due to the coaches, the atmosphere, the teammates and the staff at Aeon.

I urge you to check it out!

This is a tough review because it’s a manager that has the missteps, and the owner’s decisions on how they are running their gym; not the rest of the staff who were always kind and helpful. Also, there’s more than one manager, and I haven’t had any interaction with the others, just Donna.

We started with a rec class. My kid loved it, but it was a complete zoo dropping them off and picking them up. They have a lot of tech to make it possible, which I appreciated, but it’s still very impersonal.

About halfway through the rec class they had open tryouts for their team. She was invited into the “JO” team. We got a nice letter… which somehow had a ton of info but didn’t explain basic stuff like “okay you tested in… here’s what to expect next”.

There was 2+ weeks between the tryout and the start of the summer session. At no point did anyone ever contact us and welcome us to the team other than the paper envelope.

I was hopeful that the smaller class and being in “gym 1” where the team kids were would help. And it did to a large extent; my child got to know her instructor.

At this point it’s the last few days of August and I know that my kid will be expected to practice 4 hours a week for this class during the school year, but no schedule was posted. I asked the instructors.. they didn’t know. I called the desk… they didn’t know. Other parents.. they didn’t know, only “rumors”. Now classes have ended and there’s a break before school… and we still don’t know. Finally after multiple weeks of asking in person, I emailed asking… and got a passive aggressive email stating that if I expected to be told in advance when my kid would be expected to show up for 4 hours a week of practice for the next 9 months… “competitive gymnastics is very last minute in nature and if I needed advanced warning maybe another class would be better for my child”.

I was absolutely floored. How incredibly unprofessional.

We did try the fall class but the JO practice was back in the “rec class gym” with no reason. We decided to try another gym, where she was invited to their JO team, and we are much happier there.

I wish it ended there, but the last straw was them not actually correctly cancelling my child’s enrollment and charging me an extra $150 or so. I also could not remove my credit information. I emailed and called multiple times.. nobody answered. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Like magic, a few days later someone picked up and was very nice and sorted it out and that night, of course, my 2-3 emails asking for help was responded to.

EDIT: the owner, Amanda, called me to discuss this. She was very nice and we went through it in detail. I do believe she is honest in trying to fix some of the small things that would have helped our family feel more welcome there. I stand by the review, that they are nice people but have some subpar process and poor communication, which in at least two of the cases was pretty egregiously off brand. But I do wish the company well, and encourage those who are thinking about Aeon to see if it might be for you.

My son is enrolled in the Tiny Ninja Warrior class for age 4. The first week there were two instructors and they had a bit more control of the group. I think this was week four and it was pretty chaotic. This class was billed as a "Tiny Ninja Warrior", however it's more like the kids are just chasing each other all over the obstacles. The obstacles are not always age appropriate (too tall to reach for a 4 year old). They are under staffed. Most of the kids seem to be having fun, but you could really get the same thing out of a play space where there is no instruction at all. I feel bad for the staff, they are all extremely nice, but the whole facility seems lack the presence of a director. At times another group will walk right through the course while the kids are all chasing each other around. The space is very noisy due to many groups in the same room.

I'm a new customer and I must say, their customer service is outstanding. After our first trial, I reached out to them about a minor concern that I had and instead of disregarding what I had to say, they understood and immediately addressed it. I really appreciate that and you dont see that kind of service in many places nowadays. Also, they always answered to all my emails and were so nice to all the questions that I had. Definitely would recommend this place.

Chris is intimately knowledgeable on how to build strong and long lasting foundations toward your fitness goals. I put on 20 lbs of lean mass, and destroyed old endurance records I had trouble getting past. Working with Chris paid dividends toward avoiding injury in my strenuous outdoor career/lifestyle. Do recommend.

Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics is a gym where children can find their footing. The coaches work endlessly with every child to find their own strengths. The team coaches work hard with every team child to perfect their skills and make sure they are ready for every and all competitions. The gym is always clean, and everyone is very welcoming and kind to all family and friends that come in. Aeon allows all their children to make a family from the friends that they will make throughout each session. 10/10 recommend!

Aeon is the perfect gym to have your kids take classes. There are many different classes for all ages and even classes where the parents are able to be with the kids! The activities provided keep the kids active the entire time between jumping on the trampoline and balancing on the beams or even doing an obstacle on the gym floor. It’s super clean and well organized. The staff is constantly cleaning the mats and stations so they are ready for the next class! Highly recommend sending your kids here to learn new things or to just have fun and be active!!

Went here for a birthday party (6 year olds). It seemed well organized, with plenty of different spots for diff groups of kids (so no line to do anything was too long). Lots of staff. Kids really enjoyed it. My kids are going to join for lessons (yeah, we liked it that much). :)

We've been taking our 4yo daughter here once a week now for almost 2 years now. Steph and Amanda run an amazing operation. From the facility to the staff, instruction and the social interaction with the other kids, I can't think of a better experience for my little girl at this stage.

May I also mention that I cringed during the end of the year routine thinking she'd be afraid and freeze up in front of the audience. I couldn't believe she went out and did her thing like a champ!

Who is the proud dad? This guy!

I highly recommend this Aeon and can't thank the team enough.
