Aerial Flying yoga is an anti-gravity full-body workout using suspended hammocks to strengthen and stretch the body through a flow of different asanas (yoga positions), inspired by ballet, pilates and dance flows.
Have fun while you gain strength, stamina, flexibility, balance, and control over your physique with pilates, ballet and yoga-inspired moves in the hammock.

Aerial yoga was such a great experience! I felt so relaxed afterward and got a deep, satisfying stretch that really released tension from my body. It was the perfect mix of movement and calm. This is an amazing place. Iβve tried different places to help with my back pain, but nothing worked. One of my friends recommended the flying yoga here. Iβm glad that I found this place. Flying yoga is so much fun, and I love that it lets me work on both strength and flexibility. There are so many different poses to try, which keeps things challenging, and the instructor is calm and teaches really well, so Iβm able to do it confidently. Itβs a great experience overall!

Absolutely love it here!
Iβve always wanted to try aerial flying yoga before, but was not very confident nor thought I have the body for it. The instructor Kelly was very thorough and made me feel comfortable and confident. I really didnβt expect it to be a such a work out. Itβs also an extremely deep stretch which my body definitely much needed. I highly recommend this place!
