My wife and I moved Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gyms to Aesthetic Temple a month or two back. We couldn't be happier! The owners and staff are all lovely, genuine humans who genuinely care.

The team camaraderie is amazing, the talent level is high, ego is low. Instruction is fantastic, concise, friendly and they make sure nobody is left behind. The mats are always clean (and a huge mat space) and there are tons of classes.

Come try the BJJ!!!!! (or any of the other classes)

This is the premiere anime and fitness center for North Jersey. Mike and Mindy are fantastic people and even more knowledgeable instructors. They will make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. All the instructors will help you achieve your goals of becoming the new you and a positive and encouraging manner. Not to mention Mike was a superstar MMA fighter and teach you and then I better than anyone in the area!

The staff are world class in all ways personal and professional. The facility is top tier also! They have something for every single person who walk through the door. BJJ, Muay Thai, CrossFit, weights, sauna… list goes on. When your done with your workout stop by FamFit for your amazing post workout nutrition. Hurt? They even have a physical therapist. Never seen or been part of a facility like this before. I’m glad I get to call this place home and honored to train here. Mike and Mindy make all feel welcome!

One of the best facilities I have seen in a long time, the amenities are second to none, if your enthusiastic about fitness and wellness they literally have everything you need under one roof! I have been doing circuit training for about 8 years and my drop in class there was one of the most informative and challenging classes I have experienced in a long time. The coaches were encouraging and paid special attention to everyone in class. The Owners Mike & Mindy were extremely nice and their positive energy is well represented within the gym! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a home gym or if your just visiting from out of town for a drop in, trust me you will not be disappointed.

Aesthetic Temple is an amazing gym! The coaches and trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to form, physiology, and safely pushing your limits.
