Great place for Pilates and Gyrotonic workouts. The instructor Fania is wonderful. She has her eyes on every small details. Pilates is all about tiny movements/ adjustments in your body and Fania is very good. Highly recommend her class

Had an amazing experience at this studio, everyone is so nice and the owner is very sweet and pays attention to all the little things about her clients! Love my Pilates instructors, Ginger and Leigha they were so informative and attentive. The space and studio is so clean and chic, deff recommend!

Enjoyed the warm welcoming front staff who had helped us start the membership and explained in detail about the class. The trainer was very knowledgeable and helped us understand how the equipment worked and was there every step encouraging us to try little more harder.

Glad they finally opened a Pilate studio in Princeton! Across the street from the university and easy to get to. I love being able to walk there after work. Classes are small and good. They also have Gyrotonic, which I can’t wait to try. Beautiful and white space. Very upscale and I am sure it will be popular with the undergrads while school is back in season. Class was challenging but fun. Appreciated the complimentary coffee bar.
