All American Fitness with Antonio is the best gym in the area. As a former college athlete in my 30s I fell out of rhythm with a structured workout schedule. Going for the last three months I'm considerably stronger. Classes are small (around 6 people) so you get that personal training feel at a fraction of the cost. Antonio keeps it interesting with a solid mix of workouts and I look forward to it every week.

I am a current D3 baseball player at Rosemont College. My lifting knowledge before working with Antonio was minimal and did not focus at all on functional training. Antonio builds great programs for athletes that allows us to maximize the potential of our bodies. When I train with Antonio, he pushes me to the max and works muscle groups that I was not aware of before. He has an immense understanding of the actions required in different sports and can target the muscle groups required for those actions. The program I follow includes strength training, functional training, and speed training. In the two and a half months I have been training with Antonio all my lifts have gone up at least 25 lbs and I have gained 12 lbs. The first ten lbs I gained in the first month before my summer season started. The functional training, I have done with Antonio has prevented me from two major injuries on the field because my body had practiced being in those awkward positions. In two months, I was able to increase my speed from 17.3 MPH to 18.5 MPH. Antonio always has a positive attitude which makes going to the gym and getting a good lift in that much easier.

My only hesitation in telling you all about Antonio is it’ll get harder to get an appointment. He is the trainer you want if you’re a student athlete or a codger like me. He has a deep well of knowledge that he draws on whatever your goals are. Range of motion, strength, agility, balance, he does it all and he does it with a friendly, neighborly, smile. He’s also a great person who cares about the community. Check him out.

I have know and trained with Antonio for years and I love that he opened All American Fitness! Antonio has an awesome way that he connects with all his clients from kids to seniors. He challenges and motivates you to do what he knows you can do, even when you don’t think you can! He is professional and gives each client the best personalized attention- customer care! Also since COVID-19, going to the gym has been a concern to me but since All American Fitness is more of a private kind of gym with small classes or private training sessions, this makes it feel extremely clean and safe!

Go to Antonio! His gym is beautiful all new equipment and very clean. Antonio is probably the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve ever met. He takes time to explain all the exercises and makes sure your form is correct to prevent injuries. I’ve always been somewhat intimidated by some trainers as weight training is new to me and he makes you feel comfortable and is great for any level you are at! I already feel results and I look forward to going to his classes every week!
