Nicole is wonderful! I started training with her in April and had zero experience with weight training so I knew I needed her help to get stronger! She customizes each work out to align with what you are looking for and does an amazing job of helping you with form. She also checks in during the week to make sure you’re feeling good too! I can’t recommend her enough for her expertise, kindness, and humor! I enjoy every monday and friday when she comes to train! If you’re looking to get serious about your health and wellness Nicole is the person for you!

Nicole is the most incredible, insightful, and knowledgeable personal trainer I have come across in the tri-state area. Never has a trainer taken so much thought and effort into meeting you where you are at and shaping your program to help fit your needs and get you to where you truly feel your best. She is not only accommodating, but motivating throughout your entire process. She truly takes the time to get to know you and your body and puts together an amazing routine that produces incredible results. In addition, she also takes the time to help you with your nutrition goals and shares her amazing wealth of knowledge in the field. Her passion for fitness and health is unmatched and she even adds awesome monthly challenges on a volunteer basis which helps to make her clients also feel part of a community. She also offers amazing Virtual personal training sessions which has helped me stay with her even through 2 moves and out of the state! You really get the whole package when working with her, and I could not recommend her more. Absolutely a 10/10, and a must hire!

It goes without saying for anyone who has ever worked with Nicole, that she is an exceptional trainer. Her enthusiastic and encouraging approach to improving and maintaining better fitness is highly motivational and engaging. Most recently, I also called upon Nicole to provide some nutrition counseling (that being no less important than working out to maintain a healthy lifestyle). Happily, but not surprisingly, she is equally wonderful as a nutrition coach. Without betraying any trade secrets, I'll mention that one great technique she shared with me was how to seamlessly improve my daily water intake. Over the course of our coaching sessions, I have now increased that five fold, and feel all the better for it.
One thing I can say with absolute certainty is that whatever the reason you call upon Nicole to help you with improving personal fitness and well-being, you will not be disappointed. In fact, even setting high expectations, she always manages to exceed them.

Nicole is the best! I started out very out of shape and a hater of exercise but also didn’t want to be that little old lady who couldn’t get up off the floor. Nicole’s work outs were geared toward health. She didn’t yell or demand, but laughed and encouraged. She snuck in harder things without me noticing, and before I knew it, 5 years later I was lifting weights, doing regular push-ups , and feeling great. Leg day is still a drag, but I would have never stuck with it without her. The best thing? On your one year anniversary, she’ll have you repeat your very first workout with her. You will be blown away by how far you’ve come. She’s great for people of all fitness levels, but she really helped me go from “out of shape” to “fit” in no time at all.
