Alpha-B Athletics is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to! The equipment is top-of-the-line, everything is always spotless, and the atmosphere is unbeatable—live, upbeat, and full of energy. On top of that, the owner Sergio is awesome—friendly, approachable, and always willing to help out or answer questions. I’ve been training there for almost 2 months now. Everything is clean and organized, got all kinds of machines and, of course, that’s something you won’t find anywhere around here, the 24/7 is amazing !
If you are coming late from work or some trip you can still go there and get the workout done.
Also the monthly assessments on the app (if you get the premium membership) it’s easy to follow and more affordable than having a PT.
So if you are looking for a gym in the area, that’s the place to go!

Trying to be fair here....positives .. it's open 24/7, the owner seems very nice, front desk helpful and pleasant. Good equipment. Good system for check in, Good pricing.. now the negatives...and in my opinion negs outweigh the positives....loud, no one wipes down equipment ( TOTALKY DISGUSTING) a friend got cellulitis last summer from the dirty equipment here. And no one reracks!!! This owner has NO SIGNS TO DO SO AND NO WIPE STATIONS AND NO TRASH CANS. WELL, WHY WOULD YOU NEED TRASH CAN WHEN YOU HAVE NO WIPES!
male trainers are cocky and Judge other patrons, especially women, no locker room, no lockers, all the photos and videos on IG AND FB are of the patrons that are at the TOP of there game. There are real people that are trying to get to that spot that aren't there yet, or regressed so not showing a variety of shapes and sizes might make some intimidated , it gives the impression you are only welcome here if you have visible muscle and an underbite. Which is the truth!
I get it those people work very very hard and judge us non muscular people... I've overheard other patrons judging people that don't look like them or have an a+ physique. There are a a few posts on social media making fun of women. I think this owner needs to have his trainers be more quality..... not this attitude of you are not the right look for this photo shoot because you have too Much body fat percentage. The videos the owner makes i should say.
or for the ladies there @zz ain't phaat enough. They only show the after not the before and during bodies.
I've been to other bodybuilding gyms and they show everyone, and it's very much a family of building each other up., encouraging, smiling but also minding busines and not putting people down. Not gwaking at girls chests or bottlm like the dudes do here. .. one trainer maybe he is special needs so i don't want to judge if he has downs, but he has his hat down but is always staring at all the women and he thinks no one can tell! . I see some women are very bothered by that! that's the norm at Alpha B! Oh and other guy shirtless flexkng in the nirroe24 7 andn rude as heck... not nice people, not nice vibe. I think it's very off-putting...kinda gross that is the vibe there. Oh and be prepared for the AC TO NOT BE FELT IN THE SUMMER!! SOOOOO HOT IN THERE, UNBEARABLY SO. THE AC UNIT IS NOT THE APPROPRIATE BTUS FOR THAT LARGE SPACE!! I'm using my brother's Google so this name won't be in your database

Absolutely love this gym! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-equipped it is. They have a wide range of machines and free weights, so whether you’re into strength training, cardio, etc., there’s something for everyone.

What really sets this gym apart is the community feel. It’s a welcoming environment where everyone is supportive, regardless of your fitness level. I've been consistently coming for a few months now, and I’ve definitely seen results, but I’ve also made some great connections with other members.

I had a major accident a little over four years ago… I had several surgeries on my ankle and wrist, and along with physiotherapy Sergio, with all his knowledge, it’s been helping me strengthening my body with precise exercises. I have no mobility on my left ankle and because of that, he put out a special workout routine for me.
I known him for last 20 years and I can tell you he’s a great professional with the best equipment in town!!
