Alpha Fit Club is an empowering circuit-style, strength and conditioning group fitness experience. It is a confidence-boosting workout in a high energy and inspiring atmosphere with an incredibly supportive community. 6 unique stations, completed together in "accountability packs", AFC workouts feature high intensity intervals paired with total body strength training that builds muscle, strength and endurance. At Alpha Fit Club you are part of a team, because we are stronger together. From our Accountability Packs to the supportive coaches, you are never just a number. You are part of the pack.

Tried a workout here and man they work you out great. The facility is brand new so it's nice and clean. If you're looking to get back into shape. Then definitely try a workout.

My name is Ryan! I actually went to two classes over at Alpha Fit Club Woodbridge and it’s all positive vibes. I met all the ops team along with all the amazing Coaches! This is an amazing space to work out and build a wellness community. The staff are welcoming and the coaches care about meeting each person where they are in their wellness journey. The amenities are thoughtfully designed, from the shower and non-toxic products to the in-house towel service and the espresso bar. Woodbridge is lucky to have AFC in town!

Living in Woodbridge I heard an Alpha Fit was opening here in town. Upon messaging, Elisabete reached out me and not only answered my questions, but went far beyond.
She invited me to come by and check out the build out multiple times as construction occurred. Elisabete was very friendly and really made me feel welcomed.
As the Alpha Games approached she personally made my partner and I shirts for the event as well supported us on the day of the games. I have been to a few classes now since launch week and I find them to be very well organized and one couldn’t ask for better coaches.
I’m looking forward to tomorrow morning and taking co-founder Sam Tooley’s class. There aren’t many places that one can meet and train with the founder.
This Alpha location is impeccably maintained, in fact flawless in all aspects in my opinion.
Lastly, I’ll say that when I first walked into Alpha of Woodbridge I was looking for a place to train, I found that and much more. I found friendship in Elisabete and Hanna. I’m proud to hold a Founders membership here at Woodbridge and foresee training here for a long time to come.
Thank you for everything Elisabete, most especially your kindness and friendship, qualities not often seen in people these days.
