Fully updated and renovated two-floor facility just seconds from the gate of Panther Valley. State of the art equipment including many unique pieces. Weight machines, plate loaded machines, largest free weight section in the area with a full room dedicated to leg equipment, cardio room. Group fitness classes are conducted out of two classrooms. Also have onsite massage.
We are fully dedicated to fitness for everybody -- all ages and levels!
If we don't have it, you don't need it!

As a new member, I appreciate the friendly and welcoming attitude of Brian the owner. There are a ton of machines spread throughout the two floors. Definitely something for everyone. All the numbers I've run into have been quite friendly. The facility always seems clean and well maintained.

This gym is absolutely amazing. It’s like your classic bodybuilding gym that every fitness freak dreams of. This place has every machine imaginable to hit every part of every muscle in every angle. It looks small from the outside, but it’s HUGE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic 24/7 hour gym. Two floors full of every equipment immaginable. Free and cable weight equipment, cardio equipment, large stretching/yoga area with boxing bags. Equipment is all brand new and facility constantly is cleaned by professional cleaners. Everyone here is extremely friendly and welcome. Cant recommend enough!

Terrible experience, everything is dirty & outdated. Cancelled membership immediately. They definitely don't follow any Covid-19 guidelines, and they always close early. Save your money and find another gym.

Joined a few years ago when it was Flex Fitness. The redesign and new equipment was worth the wait during reconstruction. The location is also great since it is in our neighborhood.
