I never realized how much I needed Pilates until I met Melissa!! I love her, her classes are a therapy for your body and mind. She is very knowledgeable, knows exactly where to work on your body, and is always smiling.

I had the most amazing massage today! Walking in I was welcomed by Melissa, the owner who had a welcoming smile. She took the time to understand what my body needed, and gave me some helpful hints of keeping me relaxed.Counting down the days till I go back.

I can't tell you how much I love and appreciate Melissa. She has helped me through so many injuries--most recently with arthritis of the hip. I have been taking classes with Melissa for over 10 years. When Covid hit, we switched to zoom and although I miss seeing her, I still get the same benefits. Slowly learning to relax, identifying and targeting what is going on in my body, I have felt my core strengthen with postural awareness. I have a great respect for how my body is put together. The class is like an integral meditation in motion. Itβs not hard but takes focus and persistence. Melissa is such a gifted teacher that she can vocalize what I am feeling as she is sitting and instructing. The bottom line is that these classes have made a significant difference to my health, wellness and life.
