I came to 3 classes while visiting from Florida. My experiences were restorative and surreal. I took Kundalini yoga classes and the yin class but also did the gong bath which was so impactful. It felt like I was in the movie inception but not trying to hack my mind, just observe it - and then woke up like what just happened - wow. I highly recommend trying it!

I love the peace that this studio brings! Every time I leave the kundalini yoga classes, I can count on being able to handle the stresses of the world. I never thought that a class could do that for me, and I’m so thankful that Danielle suggested it. Kathleen’s beginner’s kundalini class is always great, and with thousands of different kriyas, kundalini is sure to be different every time. Thank you for changing my life, Aquarian Yoga!
