So many events held here that can help us be happier, calmer, more at peace with ourselves and everyone around. Enjoy the Happiness Program as a beginner or come and enjoy Sahaj Samadhi meditation program. Iβve personally attended several advanced programs at this Art of Living center. Itβs a gift to the neighborhood. I would highly recommend it.

Art of living changed my life, literally! Clarity of mind, focus, confidence and a living Guru. Life is beautiful. The satsung is on every saturday. There is also Kriya followups for those who have done the courses. The satsung is from 6:00 to 7:00. Anyone intrested can join.

I loved the environment of the place. The center may not be 5 star but it is well mantained. The people are all volunteers and have normal jobs and lives as anywhere else, so easy to relate. Yet, they have seemed to find a way to be more happy and joyful and they are willing to share the secret. They joy, enthusiasm towards life and a sense of celebration for every moment is what draws me to this place over and over. ... again and again. Try it, u might like it.

It is one of the best place I have come across to learn meditation. Their world renowned breathing technique of Sudarshan Kriya was really beneficial. I practice it everyday. They offer follow ups for free . Very helpful instructors.

Art of Living is definitely the best place to learn Meditation, Yoga and Sudarshan Kriya.
And their big network makes it even better to learn and practice in group.
In Florida I had the Art of Living center a bit far from my house.
But after moving to New Jersey, Metuchen center has proven a great help.
It is very close and continent place with multiple followup sessions, I can catch at least one of the session in a week.
It is a true NGO, helping people to stay happy and healthy.
