I found Ashtanga Yoga many years ago but it was not until I found AYM and Deb that the I truly started practicing Ashtanga. What truly sets this yoga studio apart is Deb’s unwavering dedication to her students' well-being. She takes the time to understand each individual's needs and provide personalized guidance and adjustments. I always feel supported and encouraged to explore my practice further.

Fantastic spot to practice yoga. They adapt for my limitations and balance it with the right amount of push to get me reaching for the next level. The stretches have helped me recover and progress beyond some chronic pain, physically and spiritually. Clean and bright shala with space to change and shower, if needed.
