ATPFit is a facility fit for everyone. We specialize in Youth fitness, Sports Performance, and Adult Training. Whether you’re looking to lose a few pounds to running a faster forty yard dash ATP can help! We run group fitness classes, semi-private and personal sessions all day. Injured? We have step down programs available. Working with therapists post injury to strengthen and go back to daily exercise & sport. Our trainers range with Degrees in Health & Exercise Science, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Stick mobility, and Women fitness specialist! Our gym is equipped with all of the state of the art equipment. We offer Vertimax Training, Peloton Tread & Bike options and all of the latest top equipment in the field.

Sean was recommended to me by my PT. At the time I was looking to improve strength and mobility in my hips. Little did I know that our relationship would extend past that and turn into a regular part of daily life. I started competitive rowing shortly after I met Sean, and through his workouts and training on the water I felt like a true athlete for the first time in my life. Sean has the ability to make you feel comfortable doing just about anything at the gym. He knows how to read a client's body and is able to build you up step by step towards a bigger goal. Like millions of others, I've struggled with my weight for years. I’ve tried every diet, joined countless gyms, purchased workout plans, and made (and broken) numerous New Year’s resolutions to lose weight. For a long time, I had resigned myself to being the “fat girl.” Everything changed when I was introduced to Sean and ATP Fitness. From my very first training session in October 2023, I knew I had finally found the right trainer and gym to help me achieve my goals.
I’m incredibly proud to say that I’ve lost over 60 pounds with Sean’s help, an achievement that I honestly do not believe I could have achieved without him.

Instead, ATP is a small, welcoming space with a huge, family-like atmosphere. It’s a place where everyone encourages each other and celebrates every success, big or small. The sense of community here is unmatched, and it’s that supportive environment that makes it feel like more than just a gym—it’s a place where you truly belong.
I can't say enough about Sean and ATP Fitness. He’s completely changed the way I approach fitness, and I’ve made more progress in the past year than I ever thought possible.

By far my favorite gym and I have quite the gym experience. Chris and Sean are great at what they do, have extensive knowledge in athelectis and training. I have lost over 20lbs already! Every class is different so you will never get bored feeling like it's the same thing over and over, it's always challenging but in the best way. They will push you in all the right ways and make sure you're doing everything correctly so you don't injure yourself. I can't say enough great things about ATP!

At first when I Hurd that my teammates and I where going to start to go to training all together as a team I didn’t know what to expect but as soon as I took a step in that facility I had a good feeling that this was going to be something special. As soon as I talk to the staff I felt at home they are all respectful and kind hearted people we also even had some similarity’s such as Coach Sean he even went to are high school and he played 3 sports such as most of the athletes that go so he understands the stresses and knows how to balance school and sports. I feel like there is a lot of benefits to going to ATP I feel and I am in way more shape and also even learning about the different type of workouts that will help me shine on the field. Coach Sean pushes us every day to be better than we where the day before and he shows us that you can always get better no matter what level you’re at. Even other than training are muscles he also teaches us respect and how to become young adults starting off after cleaning up after are selves and holding each other accotable. I highly recommend going to ATP to better yourself and to get in shape and get your dream body!

Sean is a great trainer, and will get you in shape. ATP is a great place for if you wanna become a better person for yourself. If you’re doing a sport and you’re in the off season I would recommend going to ATP because you do everything that any other place would do for less money. Sean pushes you with no breaks, and that helps you so much because you will not slack around, and you will get bigger and stronger. Sean also makes sure you do everything correctly, he wouldn’t let you just do the sets wrong and hurt yourself.

For my first time in a gym im glad my coach found this place. Sean trains us hard, I don't think I've ever seen him sit down while working us out. Training us hard is his mission, not his goal. His sets are amazing. While we are trying to reach our goals he is trying to reach his by working us out as hard as possible. I really recomend this place for kids, adults, and sport teams.

I have never been a gym person, so this is my first time going, and I enjoyed the HIIT Adult Group Class. Sean was helpful and made me feel comfortable and communicative with the other participants and me. I was able to go at my own pace. I know Sean from a client’s workplace gym where Sean was my trainer. He killed me there with his workouts. Two months later, Sean left the facility to open his own gym (and I didn’t know where or what it would be called). I hunted him down to get trained under him. Nothing but incredible things to say about ATPfit. I’ve done 3 of their Online 30day challenges and have seen more results doing these than taking other in-person group classes at different gyms. They come up with different workouts and keep things exciting on the daily. ATPFit is incredible. I experienced their online 30day program challenge and this online opportunity couldn't have come at a better time for me personally; especially during COVID. I can only image how amazing they are in person and at their facility. I looked forward to the workouts daily and felt extremely motivated each time. It wasn't easy but Sean made it fun. I worked at a well known gym for 5 years and I always felt uncomfortable, not motivated, and judged. However with ATPFit, they were the complete opposite. Honestly before I started training with ATP, I was an avid gym goer that went to one of the major gym franchises, but now with ATP and their trainers, I really feel a sense of community and support that I hadn't felt with any other gym. With these guys, I find that I really push and challenge myself physically AND mentally, which is what I look for in a program. From working out, I always love the feeling of having more energy and feeling stronger - especially since I am currently a dental school student with limited time between studying and exams. With that said, I ALWAYS look forward to ATP's workouts to clear my head and reset for the day. I wish I started with them earlier, but I am even happier that I am with them now. To seek a better version of you, you need to train your best with the best, and that's what I found in ATP - 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been training with Sean for about 2 years and he’s awesome. His attention to detail when working with an injury is far superior than other trainers. Most people just give you a set list and tell you to go as heavy as you can to give the illusion of progress but he plays the long game to make sure I don’t re-injure old injuries. The equipment is clean and up to date. And there’s no gym smell, which is big for me because I’ve had to stop going places because a lot of places don’t make cleaning a priority.

I joined the ATP Fit class and I was blown away. I’ve tried out a few other gyms in the area over the years, but nothing compares to the environment at ATP. This is a great place to privately train. I am not an avid gym goer and want my privacy when I am in the gym. I never truly started working out until this past year when I was 59 post surgery and my doctor told me to start hitting the gym. It is very intimidating going to a huge gym with a bunch of people so I looked for private facilities around the area. I got really lucky and love this place. Clean, spacious and overall just amazing for me. Coming from spinal fusion surgery Sean & Chris do a great job modifying my workouts. 10/10

I was skeptical about joining ATP, as i wasn’t sure it would be the right fit for me (as someone who doesn’t really work out.)
Thankfully, i was wrong.
My first time there, Mr. Borkowski (Or Sean / Bork) assured me he could come up with a plan just for me, tending to my personal needs and limits. He pushed me hard - but never out of my comfort zone.
While he helped me, I watched the other trainer Chris help a whole gang of younger children work on footwork for sports. The place was packed but it didn’t feel like one of those exhausting gyms.
Long story short, ATP is for everyone - Young or old, athlete or not. They make you feel at home and can work with your set of skills to help you build. I can’t thank you guys enough.

Started coming this place in March of ‘19 and it has been a life changing experience experience. Not only has Chris and Sean helped me lose weight which was the primary focus of mine, but they have allowed me to create furthermore challenging goals for myself. Whether it’s group sessions or private, they’re primary focus is you and getting you to the results you want. The gym itself is a great space with plenty of room for all sorts of exercises... so when you take that first step in joining in be ready for one hell of a ride !!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Chris & Sean. They are by far the best trainers in the North Jersey area. Their workouts are different then any other trainer/gym will provide. They push you to your limit and make you a better athlete with all of their workouts. I can say that they have helped me lose weight and put on muscle. I have become an explosive athlete through their training program. " I started working with Chris a year ago at the recommendation of my chiropractor. I was suffering for ten years with an autoimmune condition called fibromyalgia. Basically, I had pain all over my body. The last thing I wanted to do was work out. When I called Chris, he told me that we would work slowly, and he was going to research my disease. How thoughtful and thorough. That's Chris!
He explained that with muscle strengthening we would break down the bad tissue and build up the healthy tissue, which is exactly what my body needed. Chris's sensitive, creative and sometimes...well, he kicks my butt approach, has been a game changer for me. It literally changed my life. I am stronger, more toned and happy!
