Do not recommend. My daughter attended for 2 1/2 years and started in Sumies. Was moved up to Twisters and thatβs where she stayed. Each week the kids spent more time jumping on the trampoline than working on anything else. I continuously went to the front desk about why my child wasnβt moving up and how the kids never have time to work on what they need to. All I was told is oh they will work on strengthening next class or try 1:1 sessions. I called the office to inquire about 1:1 sessions and was given numbers for two teachers I was interested in. I obtained a teacher and after one session was told the teacher could no longer teach my daughter because she wasnβt working enough hours. Mind you I called the office and asked for this teacher prior and was not told this. I then followed up and asked about any other instructors and was told they would post to the forum. It has been three months and still no call back. You are paying $1,400 a year for kids to jump on a trampoline and not take parents inquire seriously. A local business owner came and told them the first day of class the children she brung were bored in the class and inquired about moving up and the front desk lady immediately came upstairs and said they had been moved up a class. I have seen kids who can do backflips still stuck in sumies class and kids who just started moved up to compete! This was discussed amongst parents at the annual show where they do the same dances each year to a different song.

We love ACG! Our daughter has been there for several years now and it has been an extremely positive experience. We love watching her grow stronger and more confident everyday and have been so happy with all her coaches from preschool rec to level 4.

Had my 2 year old in an 8 week toddler/parent class. The class was only 30 minutes long. The class right prior consistently got out late (even up to 10 minutes late!), leaving not much time for the tots. Stretching and roll call literally took 15 minutes which is entirely too long for a toddlers attention span. It was quite amazing how long roll call took when it was the same 3 children each week. The most displeasing part of the class is the assistant coach (colorful hair) would roll her eyes at my 2 year old daughter. The head coach would even make remarks that I know were geared towards my child.
If you calculate the class starting late, 15 minutes of stretching.. there was no time left for the fun stuff, leaving one unsatisfied toddler and mama.
I could even hear older childrens coaches screaming at them like they were failures. It was painful to watch.

I have daughter in advanced preschool and another daughter on the team. They both have amazing coaches and love going to gymnastics. The coaches are very patient and continue to encourage my girls.

My daughter started rec classes at ACG when she was 5 years-old. At 6, she set a goal of making the competition team and her coach, Ang, got her there. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and always encouraging and kind to the kids. Both my son and daughter also attend open gyms and camp at ACG, where they have been able to build on their skills through open play, all while being supervised by coaches. They love ACG!

Great for girls it seems, but if you have a son that wants to learn anything, don't bother. The "good" classes are girls only. Meanwhile, the only thing offered for boys is the Ninja class...which is, essentially, stuff boys already do at a playground. Paying $150(+/-) a month, kind of expect more.
Also, the website states you can pay by class rather than the whole month up front. They don't actually offer this and there are absolutely ZERO refunds if you can't make up a class.
Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I actually like some of the coaches (shoutout to coaches Charles and Sam!)

Staff allowed my then 3 year old child to walk away and almost into the parking lot. Did not show any remorse and reprimanded my child next class for walking away.

My daughter recently left a gymnastics studio because she was getting really bored. When I tried AC Gymnastics, they allowed me to move her up a class when I signed her up and she thrived. She was obsessed with Coach Emily and I saw her love for gymnastics spark again. She learned to do a round-off into a back-flip within one month of being in Flippers with Coach Emily. She then moved to Springers and now she is working on landing her ariel all of the time. The improvement I have seen in such a short amount of time. The fast pace and ability to move up quickly suits her and has helped her so much. Thank you.

My daughter started out doing mom/tot classes in early 2020 when she was only 2yo and almost 4 years later, sheβs now on level 2 comp team. She loves it! The staffs truly care about their gymnasts. My daughter loves training here. She loves her coaches too. The gym recently finished a ton of renovations. They do a great job at keeping the place generally clean. Even their restrooms are clean which is important to me. Overall, I highly recommend ACG. Plus, itβs a spacious gym with plenty of equipments.

We love Atlantic Coast. Weβve had great experience with the coaches (my daughter loves Emily!) and all of the front desk staff. Everyone makes you feel welcome and quickly answers any questions. They have a set curriculum of skills, even for the recreational level, and Iβve seen a great deal of progress while weβve been there. They also have many open gym and clinic days you can participate in for extra practice. Highly recommend!

If you are not a gymnast the smell when you walk in is odd...
It's an old building, but very clean. Staff is amazing. They're very helpful and informative.
Went for a birthday party and my kid had a blast.

We had a horrible experience at Atlantic Coast Gymnastics! The place was so dirty and we were suppose to have 3 party helpers but they were no where to be found most of the time. And when they were around 2 of the 3 were so miserable. Not happy about theirs attitudes at all. While we were in the 3rd phase of party there was only one party helper there for such a large section and when another girl finally showed up to help the two of them started fighting in front of everyone. Then when we were in party room, every time i turned around to ask a question or need something no one was to be found. I found myself serving and cleaning up after the kids. I had many parents make comments about how dirty the place was and how miserable the party helpers were. It was very embarrassing to say the least!!!!
