Lentz MMA is the premier Mixed Martial Arts training center in Atlantic County. Lentz MMA features the HIGHEST LEVEL of training in JIUJITSU, KICKBOXING, BOXING and MMA. Owner and head trainer Jeffrey Lentz is one of the top mixed martial arts fighters in the region.
Lentz MMA is the culmination of Jeff Lentz's direct experiences in and around the cage and the ring. Lentz MMA seeks to give back to the martial arts community by providing Atlantic County with martial arts traditions combined with the most current techniques and training methodologies. At Lentz MMA we strive to provide a meaningful and positive learning experience for EVERYONE.

My sister trains there and luvs it. Jeff the owner is one of the greats in mma in jersey. Gym has a great vibe, energy, clean and my kid sister luvs how nice everyone is. If your in the area or atlantic county this is the spot to train

My 17 year old son is a new and improved version of himself since joining Lentz MMA. He is so happy and motivated to get up and workout and he has been wanting to eat healthier to keep up with his mma, and jiujitsu classes. He is overall a more outgoing and happier guy. I am so appreciative of the positive coaching style and close knit group of class mates there. Thanks Lentz MMA! from one happy mom.
