Best yoga studio ever! Super welcoming atmosphere and unmatched hospitality. Sharon, Raluca, and Terry are all unique in their styles so every time it’s like you’re taking a new class!
Overall the journey is super beginner friendly and this is the place to embark on your yoga practice journey! You won’t be disappointed. It’s always super clean and smells fresh and majorly ZEN in the studio.
In a world dominated by screen time, the classes at baker health yoga serve as complete and utter MEDICINE for the mind body and soul! 11/10 would recommend to anyone reading this

Beautiful studio, great teachers, and a bonus for me is that some of them do “sound bath” at the end of each session. I go now six times a week. I still can’t do some poses but I am getting there. Monday meditation with Isabella is very special.

The instructors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and supportive. Each teacher brings their own unique energy to the class, always offering guidance, encouragement, and gentle corrections that have helped me grow in my practice far more than I expected.
Since I started coming here , I’ve noticed major improvements in both my physical flexibility and mental clarity. My stress levels have dropped, my posture has improved, and I feel stronger and more centered than ever before.

My first ever in-person yoga class was Bella's Monday morning class. It was great and I keep coming back. I look forward to Monday mornings and I think these classes provide a calming tone that carries through the week. I've since taken classes with Sharon, Alex, Terry, Lisa, Gabriella, and virtually with Rachel. Each teacher brings their own personality to the class. First time yoga class took Isabella’s class Monday morning in Paramus. What a wonderful way to start the week. She was a great and attentive instructor. I have been doing Baker yoga since the first or second week it started. Before the yoga studio was even complete. I am LOVING yoga. It helps me clear my head and actually do something good for myself. In a short time I have noticed changes in my body I did not think were possible. My arms and legs look and feel stronger as well as my abs. I love every instructor I’ve had to date, from Sharon to Genna, to Jess. They all bring their unique style and energy to each practice!!

I drive 30-45 minutes 3 times out the week to get my body in motion with Yoga at Baker Health. Everyone is soooo great here! Sharon is amazing, I love Rachael, even the subs are fantastic. Great way to let loose, honor your body and carve out time for yourself. If I had the space to come everyday, I would. 10 out of 10.

I have been taking classes since the fall of 2023 and it had been life changing. I wholeheartedly recommend taking classes here; I always feel rejuvenated after class. It truly is a great way to start the day or unwind after a stressful one. The yoga instructors are helpful and will guide you throughout the practice to which they also provide modifications to certain poses. I also enjoy how different each instructor is how the flow of each class is conducted.

Sharon is truly an exceptional yoga instructor—the best I've ever come across. Her ability to keep people engaged is remarkable, and what sets her apart is how real and authentic she is. There’s no pretense; she brings a genuine energy to each session, making every practice feel grounded and accessible. You can tell that she cares deeply about her students and her craft, creating a space where everyone feels welcomed and encouraged. Sharon's teaching style is a perfect balance of professionalism and authenticity. I started taking her classes with my daughter back in February 2024. I do my best to make it to her Tuesday and Thursday classes. Seeing the class size increase month after month is truly a testament to her greatness. I tell her all the time that she is a “yoga rockstar”. Kudos to Baker health for an exceptional team.

This a beautiful yoga studio with a great locker room area to change. They have mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps for you to use during your practice. They even offer complimentary tea and water if you’d like. But the very best part is the instructor, Sharon. She has a soothing way of guiding you through the practice, giving you options for varying your poses and offering hands on support if you’d like. She also uses some pretty amazing oils/incense before, during, and after your practice. I love that I found Baker Health yoga!

the staff is welcoming and the facility is immaculate and well designed, but the yoga instructors 🤌 Sharon is awesome - she always greets you with a smile, very cool to talk to and super knowledgeable! I always feel restored after her class. Jess is also an amazing instructor! I should really consider gatekeeping them but this place rules 💜

Sharon is the best ! I really enjoy her classes. I have learned so much from her . My favorite thing is that she offer assists to make sure you are in proper form. She is very observant and involved . I drive about 40 minutes sometimes more due to traffic because how much I love her class .

We attended the Bake Health for our summer yoga event, and I must say it was one of the most amazing experiences I've had recently. Our instructor, Sharon, was simply incredible. The sessions were intense, and by the end, we were all sweaty—just how I like my yoga sessions to be. Sharon guided us with such expertise and care.
There was also a sound bath right after the yoga session, which was super relaxing—I think I almost fell asleep. Overall, this place truly helps you release all the negative energies and embrace positivity. Thank you, Sharon, for an amazing yoga session and for sharing laughter and good vibes!

I can’t say enough about Baker Health and this amazing Yoga Studio. The minute you enter the Paramus building you feel relaxed just by the aroma. The teachers are great. They are all so knowledgeable and have their own unique style. Every class is a wonderful experience from start to finish. Oh my goodness!! There is soo much I can say about the yoga studio at Baker Health. Specifically SHARON. She opened my eyes on the amazing world of yoga. I loved the first class so much I cried actual tears of joy. The comfortable welcoming setting, stretching, and the power moves with every breath helped me detach from the stress of everyday life. The vibe as soon as you enter the studio is that of calmness and tranquillity, the music is always on point and keeps you focused and centered throughout your practice. The studio also offers a wide selection of teas, and my personal fav the organic peppermint to sip on during my class! I just took the 6pm class tonight and am already signing up for my next class!!
