At Baseck Training, we help you improve your health for good with effective 30-minute full-body sessions starting every 5 minutes. Choose coach-led or self-led workouts, with optional child care and unstaffed studio access for ultimate flexibility. Baseck fits seamlessly into your life—whether it’s before work, between meetings, or after school drop-off—helping you build lasting health. Our proprietary GAIT method (Goal-Aligned Intensity Training) allows your coach to tailor your program to your goals, heart rate zones, nutrition, mental well-being, and recovery. Plus, through our Sweat Equity program, your effort contributes to charity, creating real progress and impact.

I’ve been a member at Baseck Training in Haddonfield for three years, and it has truly become one of my favorite parts of living in the area. The space is welcoming, fun, and never intimidating — it feels like a community from the moment you walk in.
The trainers and staff go above and beyond every single day. They’re encouraging, attentive, and genuinely invested in everyone’s experience. They take the time to know you, support your goals, and make every workout something you actually look forward to.
I’m moving out of the area, and leaving this gym is honestly one of the hardest parts of that decision. If I weren’t moving, I’d be a member for life. I will miss the entire Baseck team so much — thank you all for making these last three years such an incredible experience. Couldn’t recommend this gym more!

Baseck Training is a wonderful gym! The team and the program format are so wonderful. As someone who didn’t enjoy commercial gyms or trying to come up with my own workout plans, the community aspect and the quick workouts at Baseck have been so beneficial in my health and wellness routine! I work with Matt as my “Performance Navigator,” but have met and talked to all the other coaches at Baseck as well and all of them are so welcoming and knowledgeable about movements and nutrition.

I joined BASECK this past summer because I was the heaviest I’d ever been. I was looking for a gym that would help keep me accountable, and that’s exactly what I got. I was assigned to one of their amazing coaches who helped me set some personal goals, and within a few weeks I was the fittest I had been in years. My coach and I chat regularly and meet periodically to review my goals/progress and tweak things accordingly. It’s awesome!
The 30 min sessions make going to the gym feel manageable - something I can easily fit into my day. They also offer 3D body scans so you can track your progress and see your results firsthand. I’m so grateful to BASECK and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to develop a consistent fitness routine, workout with an awesome community, build up strength, and/or see some results!

Being a member of Baseck over the last year has been totally transformational. I tried a year before to go to a big box gym because I knew I had to start working out to maintain my health. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and had no routine -- which meant I was barely going to the gym I paid for. Baseck turned this around for me. My past self would be in total shock that I actually go to a gym 4 times a week, and I enjoy it!
So many things to praise about Baseck. The 30 minute coached circuit workout are very manageable but challening, working with coach Matt to set goals for fitness and nutrition keeps me accountable, and the general positivity and motivation from all of the staff creates an excellent vibe in the gym. Would absolutely recommend Baseck to anyone who is confused or anxious about incorporating fitness into their lives.

I joined Baseck summer of 2024 and have not been disappointed. The 30-minute circuit training has been perfect for my busy schedule. The intensity of the workouts vary and you are able to go at your own pace. Whether you are a beginner or an expert this workout studio will fit your level of training. Two of my personal favorite services is the nutrition and accountability provided by my assigned navigator/coach. Michelle’s nutrition and training has been helpful for my personal goals. Baseck been such a positive change for me. The gym is clean, and the work outs are explained on the screen. Even though the work outs are about 30 mins, it’s perfect and still get that challenge and good sweat in. I love that it’s open all day has a session through out the day so you have no excuse to miss your work out for the day.
The coaches/ trainers are so amazing and supportive. I love having someone in my corner that knows so much about nutrition and more. The support can’t be beat. My form on so many exercises have been corrected and now I feel such a difference in my work outs from having that help and one on one with coaches here.
I highly suggest baseck. It’s been super helpful for me and I have been learning so much about form structure, proper techniques, and how everybody is so different that our nutritional guide is going to differentiate from person to person. it’s been great having these new tools and to continue learning each day with these amazing people. I’m so glad to have joined baseck and can’t wait to see what this new chapter will do for me even more than it already has. I hope you join the team and see what baseck can do for you too!!

I started training at Baseck Training in Haddonfield just 6 weeks ago to get in shape for my wedding, boost my mental health, and truly feel like myself again—and I can honestly say, this place has already changed my life. Every single trainer—Michelle, Marissa, Matt, and Sam—is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and motivating. They personalize every session to suit your goals, meet you where you are, and push you just enough to get the best out of you without ever feeling overwhelmed. I’ve never felt stronger or more confident in my body.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at BASECK. From the second I walked in the door I felt seen and welcomed. All the coaches are amazing and so very helpful. I have had the pleasure of doing my one on one training with Ayana. She made me feel so extremely comfortable from the second I met her. I walked in there lacking confidence, hating my body, my relationship with food and extremely extremely weak. She helps me gain more and more confidence everyday. Helping me believe I am worthy of loving myself. She has made such in impact on my life and the way I view myself. I’m getting stronger and my form gets better each day. She meets me where I am, adjusting workouts to what I’m able to do as I build my strength but is constantly pushing me out of my comfort zones. My relationship with food is changing dramatically. Baseck is my favorite gym of all time. Everything you need is included to become fit and healthy. For the first time in years, I'm slimming down and getting stronger. The structure is so easy to follow at only 30 minutes with definite results. My coach, Madeline, is encouraging, inspiring and knowledgeable. She walks her talk and is engaging and friendly. I always feel supported by her and all the coaches. They know you and make you feel welcome. The app is amazing at helping track macros and workouts. Baseck is awesome if you’re short on time but still want a solid workout—each session is just 30 minutes and seriously effective. As someone who was pretty new to the gym scene, I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were. They made me feel super comfortable and showed me how to use all the equipment. I’ve been a member of Baseck Training for 2 Months, and it’s completely changed how I feel about working out. I used to hate going to gyms and stuck to exercising at home, but this gym has made me love working out in a group setting.
One of the things I love most is the 30-minute workouts. They’re diverse, effective, and give me a better, more rounded workout than I ever got on my own at home. Having a trainer on the floor assisting with form and technique is a game changer—it’s the kind of support and guidance I just can’t get at home. I love that I can get in a solid workout in just 30 minutes, which makes it easy to fit in my already packed schedule.
The facility is clean, well-equipped, and the atmosphere is so welcoming and encouraging. The first day I walked in to Baseck I told my coach that I had been working from home and sitting at a desk for the past 10+ years and that the extent of my physical activity was walking my dogs. Oh and that I had basically not exercised or really cared to exercise since high school (we're talking decades).
Fast forward 3 months, and I genuinely feel addicted to it. The physical transformation is underway, and I can see signs of the athlete I remember from my high school days. But beyond the body, I feel like I am sharper mentally and just more focused and energetic. The mood around the gym is positive and motivational, and I feel like I have taken that mood outside of the gym now as well. That's a testament to all of the coaches and motivators at Baseck.
I was someone who never thought I could get into a gym routine, but the 30 minute system and the variety of coached and uncoached sessions means that you can kind of do the gym however it suits you best. I try to do coached sessions a couple of times a week to be sure I am doing the exercises correctly, but a lot of times I go when it's quiet and feel like I have a state of the art gym to myself.
If you feel the itch and you can carve out just a little bit of time in your day, I genuinely can't encourage you enough to try it out.

I am a local Haddonfield resident, father of three young kids, and a private practice/small business pediatric dentist. Baseck is everything I needed to stop making excuses for myself. I love the 6am start, our wonderful Baseck community, motivating and personable coaches, and the daily variety of high intensity workouts. If you are on the fence about joining this gym, JUST DO IT! I had always been afraid to join a gym; I felt self conscious about my body, my form, and had no idea how to create a workout routine that would generate results. Benefhiit’s daily workouts are only 30 minutes (so easy To work into a busy schedule), creates the workouts for you (yay!), and if you come during coached sessions the coaches help you with your form. The staff and coaches are so nice, supportive and are genuinely excited for your progress! I can’t believe I have actual muscles now?! Plus, you get assigned a PN who will answer any of your questions or concerns! The price is worth it for your health and well-being! Have been coming for over a year and love it!

The BASECK Training program is, by far, the best program I have experienced. The work out hits the overall body and never gets boring or monotonous. The bonus is the work out is 30 minutes, and you can join whenever is convenient for your schedule, which is great for my busy working and travel schedule. One of the beautiful attributes of Baseck is that it eliminates the creativity (and energy!) that you have to spend designing your workouts. They weave in new exercises every day/week so you are always learning and developing new muscle groups. And that forces you to adapt and grow - which is refreshing!

BENEFHIIT has been an amazing experience and it truly makes me happy. Coming from a gym and running girl, where I would workout 60-80 mins per day, I did not know how I would feel about 30 mins per day. This was a huge shift for me, but I am so happy I did it!! The workouts are effective and the setup is unique. What brings it all together are the coaches. They take the time to know each and every one of their members. They make me feel welcomed, encourage me, and teach me how to properly do an exercise if I’m doing it incorrectly. I love the help, feedback, and motivation.
It might be hard to make the switch at first, but it will be worth it!
3/27 Update - I finished out my 6 week program and committed to a full year! I have not been happier with a workout and could not be more excited for this journey. In 6 weeks I lost 9.1 inches overall, lost 6 pounds, and gained some lean muscle. Putting in just 30 minutes of work gave me awesome results! I could not have gotten to this point without the amazing trainers.

I have been going to Benefhiit fitness since May 2022 and I couldn’t be happier with my results. There is so much to love from the staff to the results tracking. Before joining this gym, my weight loss journey was extremely frustrating. I would diet and exercise, but I would never see results on the scale. Only after 3 months of daily 30-minute workouts did I notice a change. I lost an inch in my midsection and just started to feel better, both mentally and physically. Little aches and pains I used to have from consistently running disappeared. Additionally I stopped worrying about the scale. I track my results based on measurements and how I feel in my clothes. The equipment they use for measurements all over is high tech, accurate, and convenient. Finally, performance navigators really help to balance your diet by setting up a nutrition plan and help you through your workouts. They definitely help me stay consistent to optimize my results. Being a part of this fitness community really pushes me to be the healthiest version of myself. P.S. I started running again after taking the better part of a year off and I am trending faster and feel better while out on long runs.

I have been at BENEFHIIT for a full year now. Unlike most gyms in which I am just donating my money after only a month of going, I really love and commit to going to BENEFHIIT. I may fall off track every so often but those times are becoming fewer and far between. I thank that all to the community at BENEFHIIT, the amazing personably and accountable coaches and most of all the workouts themselves. I always feel great after every session! I've been at Benefhiit for 7 months now & it has been the BEST decision I made for myself in a long time! Benefhiit is the absolute best. Over the last 15 years, I've joined many gyms with the common aspect being wasted money. There was always an excuse not to go - either not knowing what exercises to do or not finding the time - months would go by without making it to the gym. At Benefhiit- the trainers are fantastic and hold you accountable. I’m so glad I tried out Benefhiit! It was the kick-start I needed to get back on track with my health and fitness routine. I've gone through a lot of different gym memberships. All of them promise some form of hands-on guidance and motivation, but after a while things fall off. Benefiit actually gives you that.
Getting assigned a coach who meets with you once a month to review goals and develop a plan makes it feel like you've got a personal trainer. My coach, Ayana, has really helped me get specific with what I'm trying to accomplish and how I can get there. Not just with the workouts, but things like nutrition and meal planning too.

I joined Benefhiit about 9 months ago feeling absolutely defeated and stuck with my workout routine. I had never been to a HIIT gym but was referred by a close friend.
At first, for me, it was challenging. There were a ton of workouts and movements that were foreign to me. I realized then that I needed to be there. The workouts are only 30 minutes and run 4 spots per station every 5 minutes. Each day is a full body experience with a concentration on a specific muscle group. The Performance Navigators on the floor are professional, encouraging, and educative. The front desk employees don’t just make you scan your key tag, but rather they help you with any questions you have and always give you a warm welcome. The owners are almost always available and visible as their offices are on site.
When you first start, you receive your body scan with all of your stats, go over your goals with your PN and then that is translated and tailored into your own profile on their Benefhiit App. You also schedule classes, have private
messaging with coaches, can purchase their in-house supplements, and can even track your progress for the week and month to date.
At Benefhiit you wear a heart monitor that had your beats per minute Bluetooth’ed onto the screens at the gym to track in what ‘zone’ you burn fat most efficiently. This is configured by doing a thorough metabolic test that is also conducted on site.
So far, I have lost 15lbs, 4% body fat, lost 2 inches around my waist, and gained 10+lbs of muscle. This gym is so much more than a “quick fix for weight loss” as that is most gyms’ selling point. Benefhiit is a culture. It has pushed me into a weekly rhythm that has allowed me to function at a higher level in all aspects of my life.
They also give to charities for all of your hard work. If you’re looking for a change in your workout or daily routine, I highly recommend that you look into Benefhiit further. You won’t regret it.

First impressions: super easy to find parking (protip- the street parking right in front has restrictions for day of week and time of day AKA read the street signs); very clean. I was new again in my fitness journey... you know the ON one week and OFF for two months, so when I first joined I was getting texts reminding me of my appointment. This was in addition to the email that I received immediately after booking my time slot and the availability to add directly to my calendar. This was essential for me because it was accountability. The texts I referred to are actual people. They are truly invested in your fitness journey.
I have been going to classes for about a month now, 2 days a week. I tend to sign up for the evening coached sessions which means I work with Ally. She has been amazing. She remembered my name after only meeting me once. She knows my weight lifting ability and pushes me to try 5-10 lbs heavier. She pushes me in a way that is encouraging but is much more than a cheerleader. She corrects my movements to ensure that I am exercising safely and in the correct muscle isolation.
Okay so the classes, there are 6 stations. You are at each station for 4 minutes and then you have a 1 minute rest. A grand total of 30 minutes. The exercises are on a tv screen, so even if you don't go to a coached session you know what you are doing. Sundays are total body focused; Monday and Tuesday are leg days; Wednesday and Thursday is arms focused; Friday and Sunday are accessory muscles focused. This works for me, so I can incorporate my own workout on the other days of the week (since I only attend twice a week).
I am very happy here. Oh and there are "burn credits" that allow you to be donating funds while doing something good for your body. It's honestly a win-win.

She is Absolutely the Greatest!! Claron and Ryan are the perfect founders and have the secret sauce to success! While the workout is efficient in just 30 minutes, it's challenging and able to adapt to all levels. I love that I can make Benefhiit fit to my schedule (you can book a starting time every 5 minutes) rather than me trying to make the scheduled class time fit into my day. I've been tracking my heartrate on my own Garmin along with their HR monitor and their HR monitor has been consistently aligned. It's an extra challenge to monitor your HR and stay in zones throughout the workout. Great staff, trainers, and facility.

Benefhiit Fitness is the real deal! The coaches are so knowledgable and encouraging. They even helped me modify the workouts when I needed to. Everyone there is friendly, willing to help answer any questions I have, and I feel like they genuinely care about helping me achieve my fitness goals. The Benefhiit App makes it so EASY to schedule a workout and the availability of classes is incredible. Between work and young kids, I never thought I would be able to find the time to workout multiple times a week and this program made it a reality. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place and everyone who works there. I am so happy to be a member and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great workout, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned athlete, their program is hands down the best.

These guys have outdone themselves with this place! Ryan and Claron are some of the best trainers this business has to offer, and clearly they’re hiring the cream of the crop to work alongside them. Workouts change daily so someone like me with ADD will never get bored. The gym itself is immaculate, smells great, and is super posh. But the best part is being in and out in 30 minutes, having gotten a phenomenally sweaty full body workout. The variety and efficiency of the Benefhiit experience keeps me motivated and engaged so I don’t fall off the workout wagon! I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I visited BENEFHIIT FITNESS during their VIP soft opening last week for a free session to try them out and boy was I not disappointed. They offer a great 30 minute HIIT workout that gets your heart rate up and a ton of calories burned! They guide you throughout each station and you can follow along on the TVs they have up in front of you throughout the studio. After my workout I left feeling great and ready to start my day! I highly recommend anyone who is serious about their fitness journey or have a goal they want to reach to check them out! Your body will thank you.

What an amazing gym/experience. 36 minutes from start to finish per day. Online scheduling makes planning easy, not cram packed, clean, positive people manning the entire gym, and lots of encouragement to ensure you’re meeting the goals you set! Not at all intimidating. But the results are tangible in short order. It’s a great combination of personalized attention, individual effort, modern technology and integration, and good old fashioned exercise that makes you know you put in a full workout. There’s always a new gym popping up, but nothing like this. Shut up and take my money (It’s totally worth it)!
