Rachel is the best trainer I’ve ever had, by far! I’ve worked with various trainers, have done all types of fitness training including bootcamps, Peloton, Soul Cycle, yoga, HIIT and more. Rachel understands my goals, and customizes a program just for my needs. And she understands when I’m at my peak performance and when I am not. She pushes me in the right way, focuses on my form to ensure safety and optimization.

I absolutely love coming to BBA. I train with Rachel and she’s the best trainer I’ve worked with. She keeps my injuries and illnesses in mind. Also she takes the time to explain exercises, nutrition and holistic approaches to healing the body through the gut as well. I’ve been training for about 6 months now and see such an amazing difference in my body, I’ve gained so much muscle especially in my glutes and also have strengthened my core which helps with my back issues. I couldn’t recommend Rachel and the BBA community more. It truly is the most welcoming place environment.

This place was heaven sent! I was referred to Rachel by a friend. My personal training experience has been top tier. She is the epitome of a personal trainer! I wish I can give this more stars, it deserves more than 5 stars!!! Arthur is AMAZING!!! Both Springfield and Garwood location is such a vibe to work out / train in. The cleanliness is top tier. Staff amazing. The aura and atmosphere as soon as you walk in is a great feeling. I love coming here very much. I’ve been working with Shabel for the past four months, and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. From day one, she has made me feel comfortable, seen, and supported — which meant a lot!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Shabel! She’s the kind of coach who you follow to a new gym because she’s just that good. From the moment I started training with her, she’s been nothing but supportive, encouraging, and so knowledgeable. She doesn’t just train — she educates, taking the time to explain how each movement impacts your body and why it’s important.
Even though I no longer do one-on-one sessions, I always make sure to drop in for her classes. They’re such a great way to shake up my routine and push myself to new limits! She has this amazing ability to create an environment that challenges you while also making you feel confident and proud of what your body can do.

I trained with Rachel for about 8 months, and she completely transformed the way I approach health and fitness. Not only did she help me get back in shape, but she made fitness a lifestyle for me. Even after I had to stop working with her due to moving out of Jersey, I’ve never fallen off because I still use so many of the tips, exercises, and routines she gave me.
Rachel is incredibly motivating, fun, and precise. She really knows how to push you without making it overwhelming. I loved that she sent weekly meal ideas and motivational messages to keep me focused and inspired throughout the week.

As someone who’s had a few trainers previously I can tell you Josh is unique. My previous trainer had left to a different facility and Josh was recommended by a close friend of mine. I was unsure of the transition at first as it would be a new gym for me, but wow I wish I had known sooner about the BBA Training Facility. Josh has been training me for about a month and a half now, but we had spoken a bit prior to me starting about what my goals looked like as someone who had lost a lot of weight. I was looking for something very tailored and specific to my progress. He did not disappoint! Every session is meticulously tailored and he really knows how to push your body to the limit. He additionally corrected my form on how I was doing certain workouts which is so important. I didn’t know previously I wasn’t doing some of them properly like my barbell squats or RDL’s which is something I do often in my leg routine. I’m always learning something new as well. He makes sure to show you each workout before you actually do it. The constant direction, motivation and support is on point and makes him stand out as a trainer. The gym vibes/ music itself is amazing too as I don’t even use my beets head set for my own music! I’m so happy I made the change and I can’t wait to see what a full year will look like for me!

Making the decision to join BBA & train with Rachel has easily been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I have been training at BBA Fitness Facility with Rachel for a year and have seen incredible results! My goal was to maintain a healthy lifestyle, increase my lower body strength and muscle mass. Highly recommend!! Can’t say enough great things about this place. From the personal trainers and even down to the members, everyone is great! As a girly that is gym shy and recently started, I’ve felt nothing but confident. It has truly felt like a judgement free zone.
Group classes are also amazing here! If you’re a parent, they are understanding of bringing your kids with you. They even offer programs for the kiddos!
As for my personal trainer: Shabel is the kindest! She has done an amazing job at explaining things for me to take back and do on my own. She motivates me (& all her clients) & just when we think we don’t have it in us anymore, she will be there testing your limits and you WILL see the progress within weeks!

I have train with others trainers before but nothing compares to Shabel❤️ The way she educates me on what every exercise does to what part of my body is great. She always pushes me to do more something I would have never done if I was working out on my own. I've done my research on the place and had multiple people do blind sessions in this facility to scope out the trainers and their skillset. One of the good things about this place is that there is no contract upon booking sessions. They are all pay as you go. The facility is top tier and has great equipment and is aesthetically pleasing. In regards to the trainers there. I do not think they are all at the same skill level at all. There are two trainers that seem to stick out the most and carry a higher level of knowledge and skill compared to the rest. I will not disclose any names so everyone has a fair shot of choosing who they want to work with but im sure you will learn fairly quickly who i am referring to. These two stand out amongst the rest and you can tell. All I will say is that they are of asian descent. Overall i would recommend checking this place out.
