I've been working with Ron for many years, and cannot recommend him enough. We started with in person sessions, but I've kept working with him virtually even after leaving the NJ area. He's knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Unlike some trainers Ron never tries to shame or berate his clients if they can't do something or have a setback. I cannot imagine training with anybody else.

I've been working with Ron for several months now, and I can't recommend him highly enough. From day one, he's been focused on helping me achieve my goals, creating a personalized plan for me to follow. What sets him apart is his attention to proper form and safety. He never compromises, and he always makes sure every movement is done correctly to minimize the risk of innjury. Ron doesn't let you quit and he is great at having you push past your mental limits. He constantly reminds me that I'm capable of more than I think - and he's right. I also have an extremely busy, unpredictable schedule and he's extremely flexible and adjusts his own time to make sure I get my two sessions a week. Ron is a holistic coach who will hold you accountable and bring the best out of you! in all aspects — correct form, challenging weight, nutrition, sleep, and bodywork (stretching, rolling out, massage, yoga). As a busy finance professional and mom of two young kids, Ron helped me see that I was putting my health last and failing to build in the time commitment to truly change for the better. He is also super kind and was great about bearing with me on scheduling through a variety of personal challenges (miscarriage, a surgery). I relied on him to help me create a backbone of fitness and focus to see me through my family and life goals.

In terms of workouts, they are challenging to near failure, focused on a particular muscle group for that day. My body fat went down 2% over a short time of working together and I see more definition throughout. I also gained confidence from finding I could lift more than I thought I could, since I had the right form and readiness to do it!

Trained with Ron for almost 1 year and saw incredible results. I’m in the best shape of my life. We trained twice a week focusing on specific muscle groups. Are you looking for a trainer who thinks holistically about your health? Who will push you to become stronger and set exercise and training goals that are meaningful? If so, I highly recommend working with Ron. My workouts had faded into the background of life and I had become tired, complaining of aching muscles, and didn’t even recognize what had gone into atrophy from a lack of movement. I contacted Ron thinking that our program would have me back on the treadmill running, something I’ve previously enjoyed. His intake forms provided details that lead him in a different direction—deal first with the pain I was experiencing, test my agility and strength, and then work out with focus.
It took me some time to deal with the physical pain that I was tolerating, discomfort that was causing exhaustion and a lot more emotional anguish than I realized. Once we broke the ice, our sessions were hard, yes, but the pain was that of rebuilding.
I can now see forward into the next round of goals and I know I can achieve them! Thank you Ron for pushing me when I thought that the task was impossible, and for believing in me when I didn’t believe in myself. Without hesitation, hire Ron if you want a trainer who is truly dedicated to understanding you and building a routine that you can sustain.

Ron Aigle is a highly accomplished trainer, both for his unparalleled enthusiasm and the way he challenges me to push out of my comfort zone. When I joined Ron's Be Fit JC Boot Camp last year, I could barely do five push-ups. Within a month's time, I was able to do three reps of 30, and gained so much more strength and energy.

His classes are intense and offer a combination of strength and core training exercises, in a friendly and supportive environment, with a great team spirit that keeps me pushing through when I need the extra encouragement. The class size can be large at times, however I always feel like I'm receiving personalized attention.

I feel amazing, and my body is very strong and toned, I highly recommend his boot camp!
