We are certified personal trainers, doing business out of Fitmix Studios, 24 E. Redman Ave, Haddonfield, that offer in person and virtual personal training and group fitness classes. We service the South Jersey area 7 days a weeks with a set group class schedule and personal training by appointment. Our mission is to change lives through exercise, everyday.

I’ll be the first to say-i don’t like to pay to workout. But Bell’s is much more than just a regular gym. It’s a place of fun, fitness & family. The owner Chris Bell & his trainers are motivating, supportive and make the time fly with their jam packed circuits. It’s NEVER the same workout. The music we workout is pretty amazing tooπŸ˜‰
Highly recommend. Try it-you’ll love it. I do. πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻

I highly recommend the classes at Bell's. Not only do the trainer's work hard to provide great workouts, but they also pay attention to each participant and offer advice, correct form, and provide modifications when needed. This is a gym I actually look forward to going to!

Started my fitness journey here in Sept 2016. I've lost about 60lbs and a whole lot of inches! I've also gained a new healthy eating lifestyle and a love of a whole different kind of exercise regimen. The trainers are supportive, encouraging, and push you just enough. I have tried their classes and personal training and both are top notch. They support you mind and body to help you make changes for a healthier life not just a diet. With the help of a physical therapist and a solid knowledge about how your body works, they help you improve strength and mobility after injury as well and modify routines to make classes more individualized. Everyone who goes there supports one another. Veterans help the newbies. Positive energy all around! I couldn't recommend it enough for people new to exercise, avid exercisers, or if you're just returning to exercise. They will make it work for you!

Chris and the team at Bells Bodies provide excellent training and guidance. I have been attending bootcamp at HIIT classes here since June 2014 and it has transformed my approach to exercise, food as well as my body and mind. I feel stronger, my back pain is gone, I sleep better and stress is diminished, not to mention I lost 18lbs. The facilities are clean and up to date and the classes are never exactly the same, so you never get bored. The clients are amongst the nicest people I have met and there are always lots of laughs between the sweating! It's definitely hard work, but the team here push you to be your best and I always look forward to my workouts here.

I have always been a self motivator when it comes to working out and never felt like I needed a gym to go to.
Well my thoughts changed just a little over a year ago when I was introduced to Bells Bodies to try a Boot camp class.
Since then Bells has become more then a gym. I was immediately welcomed as if I had been going there for years.
When you enter Bells you become a "Tribe" member the minute you cross the threshold.
I started seeing results that I couldn't achieve at home under my own guidance.

Six months ago, I decided to do something I had never done before - to work with a trainer. I found "Bell's Bodies" on the Internet and headed to Haddonfield. It was probably the best decision of my life. I am in my seventies and still extremely active and energetic. But that is thanks entirely to this gym and its mastermind, Chris Bell. I look forward to my bi-weekly visits - and I never cease to be impressed with the way Chris has tailored his sessions training to match my needs exactly. It is no exaggeration to say that I would have let my advancing years slow me down. Not a chance as long as I'm a member of the Bell's Bodies brigade!

Bell's Bodies has redefined exercise for me. It used to be something I would do out of a sense of obligation, but has become something that I enjoy & look forward to. Chris & his trainers are all super positive, energizing, knowledgeable, & supportive people. The workouts are tough but rewarding and the family atmosphere is a huge part of what keeps me coming back. I have seen far greater results in my fitness, strength, & energy levels than I ever saw by just hitting the gym on my own. I am comfortable in my own skin while wearing a swimsuit for the very first time in my life & I credit that entirely to Chris & his team. Oorah!

I wrote the following review a few years ago. That review still stands and then some! Chris Bell and the other Bell's trainers have ramped up the workouts and the enthusiasm. On a personal level, they are helping me do strength training as part of my program (as part of the CNN Fit Nation Triathlon Challenge) to prepare for the Malibu Triathlon in September. Bell's is the BEST! My previous review:

2 of the (many) quotes from Chris Bell are "you can do anything for 10 seconds" and "bring out your inner athlete". Amazingly, I CAN do anything (burpees, push-ups, etc.) for 'just 10 more seconds'! Still struggling with the inner athlete thing but I'm workin' on it! Chris and the other trainers (Beth, John and Victor bring a level of enthusiasm to each workout or group class that pushes each of us to our limits....and beyond....and still have fun doing it. They all have different styles and each workout/class is very creative, different and certainly challenging! There's always laughter and conversation, but as Chris also likes to say "if you can talk, you're not working hard enough". What sets Bells Bodies apart is that Chris also gives back to the community, sponsoring group workouts to benefit BreastFest or the Heart Assn. or a community benefit. And once again, his enthusiasm brings out a crowd! Another Chris-ism sums up Bells - OORAH!! Love it!

Bell's Bodies is a great place to workout! The trainers are hardworking, courteous and respectable. You can choose personal training sessions or group classes. Whatever you decide,the workouts are tough, but fun! My strength and endurance have definitely increased.
