Body Fit Training offers science-backed and tested progressive training programs built to deliver positive results for all fitness levels. With multiple highly accredited coaches in every session, you will receive a personal training experience in a motivating group environment. I just finished my 250th class today at BFT (I have been going since July 2024). I cannot thank the BFT coaches and community enough for all they've given me over this period of time. I go 4-5 times per week and the programming is designed to allow for you to go every day if you are able, because of the way cardio and strength (lower body/upper body) training is programmed in the week. It's the first workout program (both in a gym and personally) where I've seen noticeable results in how I look and feel. I am excited for the positive changes that the next 250 classes will bring.

BFT helped me fall in love with exercise again. The coaches are wonderful, always providing helpful pointers, progressions/regressions, or a high five after a tough class. Classes are fun, fast paced, and the way the schedule is set up prevents from overworking any muscle groups even if you attend class most days in a week.

When I started at BFT, I hadn’t done high intensity workouts in years. The beginning was so challenging, but the community and coaches kept me coming back and I love seeing progress week after week. After about a year working out at BFT, I have not only seen significant transformation in my body and overall health but have made friends, joined a community, and found a class I don’t mind waking up at 6AM for.

If you’re looking to try something new, definitely give BFT a shot!

I have long been in search of a polished, effective, consistently challenging, professional fitness studio since moving out of Manhattan. BFT is it. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The workouts are varied, thoughtful, and challenging. I have to say this is my home away from home. I enjoy torturing myself for 45 minutes three times a a week. It's something I look forward to throughout the week. The coaches are friendly, very informative and intensive. If you were really trying to become a better human, this is the place to be. Trust me when I say this workout will humble you and feel greatful that your able to complete any workout they throw your way.

About 6 classes in now, and seem to be hooked… Hard classes, great workout for 1hr. Gets your cardio and stabilizer muscles / all around body workouts that just lifting or a jog won’t do. Seems to be very popular… classes are getting crowded! If you like varied HIIT workouts and want to be worked at the end of these feeling good, in and out in <1hr, this is your place. Good crowd of people too, def recommend.

Beginner friendly!! Emphasis on friendly!! Everyone was incredibly helpful for my first class. I was running in a hot mess trying to make it on time after getting delayed and they took care of me. There were several staff assisting the class and showing you the workout stations and correct form. They were so encouraging. You never felt like you had to figure it out alone. They had lots of alternatives if anything was going to compromise you. You work out in small groups that move around. and even the other clients in class were friendly and helpful. I will 100% be back there. You all have a special community that doesn’t happen at every fitness studio.

I've tried most fitness spots in Hoboken - and nobody does it better than BFT - Hoboken. The staff is awesome, the owners are great, the classes are intense, and overall the facility gives a family vibe. Keep doing what you guys are doing. Couldn't recommend it more!

Great staff right off the back. Super friendly, funny, and encouraging. I was nervous about the workout but everyone even those working out with me remained lovely . Pushing me to reach higher. I lifted more and worked out harder than I ever would at home. And don't get me started on the music🔥 Truly I would love to be a regular. Sadly I just live to far away. If you live in the Hoboken area and want to feel at home in a gym this is it. They have mastered the community vibe for sure.

Sooo happy to have found BFT! I stopped doing HIIT during COVID and never found a place that I really vibed with until finding BFT. I am so happy with my choice to join. I love that this training incorporates using a heart rate monitor and uses proven training methods in every class. There are always multiple instructors in each class so there is always someone there to give feedback or to ask questions to. Both of the owners are incredibly personable and the community that have created is unmatched. I don't normally love going to the gym, but I love going to Body Fit Training.
