Iβve been working with Jon for almost a year now and my body is completely transforming. Jon has helped me get back to deadlifting and squatting after having a herniated disc and multiple bulging discs. The structural therapy has strengthened my back and helped my posture where I am no longer feeling residual pain from working out or extensive movement. I started working with Heather when the long- term after effects of an abdominal surgery had distorted my posture. Even light garden work was leaving me sore. I had trained with others but none would teach me how to unravel the complex issues at work in my body and fix them. Thereβs a lot of undereducated trainers out there and few with the academic rigor and professional experience of my coach, Heather. She has vastly improved my flexibility, posture and strength for every day routines, as was my target. Her diagnostic capacity to identify the precise muscles that need attention and her deep reservoir of exercises is impressive and highly effective. Iβve had the privilege of being coached by Heather for over 10 years. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and certainly how to get, and keep, it in shape. She has a never-ending supply of various exercises and ways of working muscles. More importantly, she is a great motivator because when you see the condition she is in, and hear her explanations of the various who, what, where, why and hows of building muscle, or why something is aching, you absolutely know she knows what she is talking about.
I will warn you, however, that Heather is serious about what she does. She is not some βtrainerβ who got certified by CrossFit but is a dedicated strength coach with a B.S. in physiology. You want to be strong, hire Heather.

Having battled with major back pain on and off for 7 years, countless cortisone shots, hours in an out of rehab, invasive back surgery became a strong reality I was not looking to swallow at the age of 28. Jon was my last avenue. If he couldn't ameliorate my condition, back surgery would have been a necessary. Over the course of few months, I can confidently say my pain is virtually gone and my strength is significantly higher!
