Jamaine is a very professional, knowledgeable and focused trainer. I train for 40 minutes and we get a lot done! I have been training with him for a few years now and he has helped me through injuries, illnesses, anxiety over personal stressors etc. He has helped me to build muscle and lose fat and as a more senior client, that is not easy to do. He is a very down to earth, positive person. I highly recommend him as a personal coach and trainer.

Jamaine is an amazing personal trainer! I have been training with him consistently for 4 years. I never thought this would be possible especially since I hate exercise! Jamaine as a trainer is knowledgeable, tough, but also kind. His lessons are always different and interesting. He cares, and will stay the course through the ups and downs of life. Plus, Jamaine is just a great person. Nowadays, I can run up a snowy sled hill without getting out of breath, carry a Costco order into my house, by myself and pull myself out of a pool without using the stairs, all thanks to Jamaine!
