I greatly appreciated my experience with Bounce Back Fitness from the initial assessment with the owner and throughout all of my sessions working with my trainer, Dimitri. My trainer was the consummate professional, always providing clear cut instructions for properly executing the movement and improving targeted areas in need of greater attention. While a good distance from where I live, it was more than worthwhile to go there for my training sessions. Dimitri was always very positive, encouraging, and supportive throughout every session. Overall, I learned many effective approaches to safely train and avoid injuries. Everyone at Bounce Back fosters a very welcoming environment which helps out immensely. I often tell people about my experience training there and highly recommend they check out their services. I felt that my trainer really cared about my success and went above and beyond to help me reach my fitness goals.

Since joining Bounce Back Fitness I have been the most consistent with my workouts because of the help of Dimitri and the motivation he provides, which is incredible. Without it I wouldnβt be able to fathom coming to the gym. Before joining I never was able to find the right exercises and balance to having a consistent workout regimen until Dimitri helped me and constructed with me a plan tailored to my goals and workout desires. His session are fun and it feels like the time flies by in the gym with him pushing me every workout. Before I felt that I was just gagging through a workout to get through it. His guidance and expertise are unique and he is very great at communicating on how to perform exercises with the proper form for safety and maximum benefit. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking help or a challenge in their workout routine.

After a hips surgery when I was a teenager, I ended up with an imbalance on my legs, limited hips movements, hips pain, limping and a variety of limitations to perform some movements, with the past of the years I just got use to it, to the point that it was normal for me to stand up straight and watch my left foot pointing slightly to left while my right foot was straight up to the front. Luckily for me I found Bounce back fitness and I can give testimony that literally after just a few sessions Iβm bouncing back to mobility. These guys are full of knowledge and they really straightening me up, I canβt thank them enough for the time and effort they putting to give me back hope. Added to that they have great fully equipped facilities, cleaned and sanitized after each sessions. I highly recommend this place. Bounce back fitness is a phenomenal place to train. I've worked with Phil and Danny for over 10 years they have helped me to lower my blood pressure, and now I'm not on medication. I've also gone for 214 lb to 155 lb and I have kept the weight off for 8+ years. The training is challenging, but you only get out of it what you put into it. I had gone to Phil a few days ago for an Assessment before I join. This was beyond what I expected!
I have severe osteoarthritis in my hip. I need to lose weight before I can have a hip replacement. Exercising on my own and just walking makes my pain unbearable. I gave up.
I researched for someone who can help me with weight loss and and strengthening. I kept coming back to BBF website. The attention Phil gave me to assess my injury and what I can do pushed me further than I have been in a few years. I learned more about my injury, mobility and what I can set my goals for to feel better. When I left I had more energy, and felt less fatigued from my hip pain.

I actually love going to the gym. I have been away from it for a long time but decided it was time to get back in the game. Phil is fantastic to work with. He knows my limitations but pushes me enough where I know I can reach but it is a little out of my comfort zone. My body feels it if I don't go for a few days. It actually misses me working out. I highly recommend Bounce Back Fitness.

If youre thinking about training with Phil DO IT! To make a long story short I have back pain, sports injuries that required surgery, and scoliosis. I've been to chiropracters, physical therapists, accupuncturists, all kinds of medical doctors and I could never figure out or heal what was going on with my back. And I'm only in my 30's. Everytime I would work out it felt like I would reinjure my back. I've been working with Phil for about 3 months, twice a week, and I could cry tears of happiness because I felt like I lost all hope that I was going to be able to feel my age and he has proven that wrong. He hears me out when I tell him whats going on in my body and plans the sessions accordingly. For the firsr time in over 10 years I feel like I am healing and on the road to going back to my old lifestyle. I havent felt pain in over 2 weeks...which is amazing when your in pain all day every day. I'm sleeping better, I feel stronger, and my life in general has improved drastically. I couldn't be happier.

Well all of the wonderful reviews I read about Bounce Back Fitness were absolutely true. If I could give this place six stars, I would.
Phil contacted me shortly after I put in a request for a personal trainer in my area. He was extremly professional and made an effort to listen so to learn what I was looking for in a trainer. He then matched me up with Laura. I was blown away by the level of service I received. Laura took her time with me to understand my needs and didn't glance at her watch once. She is skilled at her craft and I am so looking forward to working with her!

This personal training studio is awesome. Phill is great and truly cares about his clients. He will try to accomodate his clients the best he can and that is important. I've trained with Mark who is awesome as well. He pushed me to do things I never thought I would be able to do! If you are looking to make a change in your life and challenge yourself and feel good I would definitely recommend BBF persona training studio.

I had the pleasure of training with Michelle. She really knows her stuff and she is very friendly as is all the staff at Bounce Back. I had a great experience with them!
