My 6 year old daughter loves her Saturday yoga classes with Miss. Christine! The studio is warm and welcoming-both Miss. Christine and the owner, Denise, are very kind and friendly. We recently had Miss. Christine come to my daughter's birthday party for a yoga lesson, and she was amazing. So sweet with the kids, and they all had a great time! Highly recommend both the regular classes and birthday parties-such a positive experience for little ones!

There aren’t enough words to describe how incredibly talented, kid centered, energetic, creative, and patient Denise and her staff are. We’ve been to many places and there is nothing like Bozza. As a parent I love the thoughtful waiting room & how your child is immediately welcomed into the space. She has convenient classes, camps, and parent & me offerings. Bozza yoga was one of our best discoveries during a month at my parent’s house in New Jersey. My 5 year old had been asking to take yoga classes for years (where we live out of the USA we don’t have yoga for kids). She asked every single day if today was yoga class day.
Everyone was so, so kind, from the teachers to the other moms in the studio. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in New Jersey! Grazie mille :)

My boys love yoga! I was looking for something to keep my boys busy in between their fall and spring sports. We started a BOY YOGA class at Bozza Yoga Littles and they are loving it. Ms. Denise is great and so pleasant. Her studio is in a convenient location right in downtown Allendale. I love that I can sit and do my work in her beautiful waiting room while I wait for my boys. Yoga has been a great activity for them to maintain focus and calmness!

My daughter has been taking yoga with Ms. Denise at Bozza Yoga Littles since it opened its' doors. She absolutely loves going. Ms. Denise makes yoga for littles fun and exciting incorporating animals for each pose so that the kids have something concrete to mimic. Most notably is the different types of breaths incorporated in the practice. While having a particular hard emotion time, I heard my daughter say "Wait. Let me use my bunny breaths to help my calm down." Thank you Ms. Denise and Bozza Yoga!!

I love this yoga studio for my boys (age 2 and 4)! We tried them together in a toddler class last year and my older son in a big boy class recently because he kept asking us to sign him up again! The owner Denise is a gem, and she knows how to shift gears for all different ages as needed through the class. She taught my son breathing exercises and a special pose to do to calm himself down when he gets overly excited or upset and it is the only thing that has worked to this day. Five stars!!🤗

We love Bozza Yoga, Denise, and Ms. Aurora! Hands down the best yoga for kids in Bergen County! Beautiful space and a variety of classes. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for yoga classes for your daycare or Pre-K! Ms. Aurora has been teaching yoga in my daycare for 6 months and we are extremely happy with the results. My toddler and I LOVE Bozza Yoga Littles! Ms. Denise has an incredible energy and is fantastic at adapting each class to meet the needs of the little yogis. Whether a kid is a natural observer or a little more “free range” like mine, she creates a space where everyone is encouraged to be themselves and meets them where they are. Bozza Yoga Littles is a little piece of yoga heaven! The studio is perfect - spacious, welcoming, and kid friendly. But what makes this studio unique and so special is the owner, Denise. From the moment I came across Bozza Yoga and reached out with a question she was responsive, warm, welcoming, and helpful. I attended the mommy and me class with my 8 month old and 2.5 year old. She was so in tune and engaging with the children. As a former elementary school teacher (and a mom!) I was throughly impressed and so very grateful to have found Denise at Bozza Yoga Littles.
