Let me start by saying I’ve been to crunch, planet fitness, powerhouse and urge , BREEZE FITNESS IS BY FAR BETTER than all those gyms, I LOVE IT! This gym caters to weight lifters, power lifters and cross fit. It’s spacious, great equipment and they actually have a generous space for sled use, all the other gyms or they didn’t have it or the space was tiny , which for me was a joke and the Staff makes you feel welcome when you come in the door , which is another plus , great equipment, awesome treadmills , this is the first time i can actually say i love my gym!

Owner Sam is a complete liar. They never cancelled my sons membership and when I asked for a refund he told me only corporate could issue. So I call them and they say only the owner can issue the refund. So he sent me to corporate to waste my time and he lied that he couldn’t process a refund. His employees told my son that all he had to do was tell the front desk to cancel membership. He admitted that he has had to fire several employees (including Rebecca) yet he stands behind no one would have told my son that!! They also opened a second account for my son when he was home on break. So for one month we were charged twice. Again, if they knew what they were doing why would they open a second account. It’s all a scam to bill people and collect payments. Owner is nasty and rude. Has no idea how to run a business and certainly doesn’t want to work with clients. Go somewhere else in town there are too many options to tolerate a liar and scammer.

Started my fitness journey last week and decided to find a gym close to my house. Went to Breeze to see the facility and what it has to offer. I was immediately greeted by the most friendly, knowledgeable front desk Debbie. She showed me around and I instantly fell 😍 with this gym. It was so clean, and smells good not like sweaty gym socks. They have clean restrooms, showers, sauna😱, massage chair, and a smoothie/food bar. Did I mention they have a towel service, fitness room and yoga room? Just 🤩 🤩🤩. I signed up immediately because of Debbie’s awesome personality. After a week of working out at different times of the day, I noticed how the patrons are all serious about fitness which makes me want to keep up. Everyone minds their own business and are respectful of your space which I love! My advice just see for yourself. Debbie always provides first class treatment to everyone even while multitasking. I got scammed by Breeze… I signed with breeze fitness in September, I ended up relocating and signed a form for cancellation. 4 months go by and I see my bank statements that I’ve been charged for an additional 3 months despite signing a cancellation form. I’ve called so many times that I’ve lost count. I’ve been asked to send emails of the transactions and to call at a specific time to speak with a manager. Honestly, everyone I spoke with just didn’t care apart from one staff member named Ashley. Turns out they entered my name wrong in the database. They couldn’t find me because the person who signed me up spelt my name wrong. Ashley was able to cancel my membership after months of being charged. When I asked for a refund they said that they can’t. I can’t vividly remember the reason for it since its been sometime but they got away with charging me for months. I do not recommend this gym. Some of the staff are nice and welcoming but after my experience I do not wish the same for anyone else.

Definitely a hidden gem! I’ve lived in the area for a few years now and this gym ranks in my top selections. The gym is small, but spaced out perfectly. The equipment is up to date and they have all the essentials plus some. The atmosphere is what you want, motivating but not intimidating for those just getting started. The staff is very friendly and so are the members. Last I cannot say how clean this place is. Every time I’m here, there’s is at least one staff member cleaning non stop.

I've been working out here since they opened. It feels good to lift some free weight! The heavy bag and turf track are great additions! The staff is friendly and eager to answer any question you have. Sam the Personal Trainer is the man to go to for workout and rehab questions. Don't let Covid stop you, GET IN HERE!💪🏾 UPDATE: Breeze has now partnered with Power Health and Wellness to offer chiropractic and massage therapy! Dr. Vito and his entire staff are amazing! So after a great workout you can get everything realigned and if you have medical insurance, chances are it will be accepted! The only gym around at this price to offer such a beneficial service.

When I walked in this place for the first time, it was 9:45pm and I was greeted with nothing but kindness and professionalism. The individual at the counter by the name of Yan, who usually works 6pm-11pm, was a straightforward and honest dude when it came to explaining how the membership works. No contracts or cancellations fees is definitely a benefit of coming here. The gym is also a lot more spacious than others, and the fact that it’s open until 11pm makes coming here more manageable than other places. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

Very upsetting.. For the membership price it's really not worth it. They have Retro old equipment they're using.. It was just spray painted white a lot of over spray. They still have Retro Lego on the weight pins. There was no AB machine's. No really new equipment that I can say was that was impressed with. Is it a gym worth going to yeah but not for the price of the membership if I was paying that price I expected newer and updated equipment

My favorite Gym in Hamilton Township 💪🏻 Clean atmosphere, professional staff & management, ideal equipment for all fitness enthusiasts, weight lifters and athletes. If you live in Hamilton or in any of the nearby townships you should really stop by and check out Breeze. Membership is super affordable and the hours of operation accommodate everyone. Not to mention they also have a smoothie bar that’s top quality. Real ingredients and several options. Honestly I could go on all day but I can’t end this review without mentioning the turf. It’s one of the longest turf’s I’ve ever seen in any gym. So if you enjoy using the sled then you’re in luck. I also love the turf for lunges and the farmer’s walk. All 4 of their Power Racks have pins which I use for band work 😈 Highly recommend this GYM!

It's a good, clean updated New Gym with a friendly customer service, the staffing with a positive atmosphere/environment. No pressure. I'm able to workout get in my workouts better with the different variety of gym equipment to free weights to a various machines, (new cardio machines) and including classes etc. that will be available to those to focus on your own health and fitness goals, workouts as well from beginners to even Fitness competitors. 💯💪🏽🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏻‍♂️

I had been a gym member for 31 years uninterrupted, until the COVID hit. Took a year off the gym environment working out at home, and now going back again. I went to see this gym that just reopened YESTERDAY in the location of a closed to COVID Retro. People at the front desk were rude and disrespectful and didn’t let me see the facility. Of course, not going back to join! Definitely, NOT recommend!
