Horrible! They deserve a bunch of bad words for their misdeeds

That lady didn’t let us enter the pool 10 minutes past our arrival which was on time.

Then the instructor said my son has to sit outside the pool for the entire duration while she was teaching the other kid. This is unacceptable. My son has autism which was disclosed prior to signing up. Btw I signed up for 8 lessons per week so the loss is yours.

I am certain their good reviews are all false and bunch of lies just as these unprofessional discriminatory people.

My daughter has been attending British Swim School since May, and I am truly impressed with the progress she's making. She absolutely loves coming here each week, and the instructors are fantastic! First time my 5 year old started taking his swim lessons and so far we have had a great experience with British Swim school. All instructors have been great specially coach Habiba is excellent in balancing out on handling small kids with a firm hand. She makes sure to give individual attention to each kid and provides a feedback after each class which has helped my kid to improve.

Somik is an exceptional instructor. Our 18 month old daughter has improved drastically with being in the water all thanks to him. Somik is friendly, sings to the children, and loves to make them smile. As a parent we appreciate the little things like that. The exercises that Somik has us work on has made my daughter be able to float comfortably which is a huge accomplishment. She used to scream and cry every class and now she is so confident and loves to be in the water. We appreciate all you do, Somik!!!

Jana and Jenna… The best there is. Their encouragement and support have helped boost confidence in the kids. My daughter has been attending BSS for around 7 months now and has definitely improved her skills. All the teachers have been great but our favorite is Habibe. My daughter has been attending their programs since she was about 4. She loves it here. She has really learned how to swim and be comfortable in the water. The instructors are very attentive to the kids and take their time ensuring they are perfecting the proper technique. I recommend British swim school to anyone.

Awesome teachers! My kids were afraid to even get even their faces wet and now they have no problem jumping into the pool! Teachers are very engaging and kids have fun! First lessons they were resistant to learning but after having classes with the fun teachers they want to do more!

Lateef is an amazing instructor and the kids improved the best with him but he's been training the new instructors and his trainees are doing great! They are very engaging, we liked Somik, Raul, and Jana so far, they have been amazing to our kids!

One minor note is the water is a bit chilly but with a rash guard or full cover bathing suit the kids are good 👍

I ultimately stopped for several reasons, some being personal like my son not really taking to it and it wasn’t his thing. That doesn’t affect my rating. To the contrary, I felt communication could definitely be better, teachers change constantly (some are awesome, some could care less), and recently they stopped letting you use the locker room. I was told specifically on the first day by staff that we could. Now we have to resort to changing tents. Funny bc my girlfriend takes her daughter to a different location but they’re still allowed to use the lockers. That bothers me and seems like rules are not the same for all locations.
