Wali, is an amazing trainer who is able to help individuals regardless of their limitations. I’ve been in a few car accidents that have left me with herniated discs in my lower back and neck. Nevertheless, Wali is able to train me, while helping with resetting my muscles so that I’m not in pain during or after the workout. He is a great trainer, he’s workouts are effective!

If you’re looking to get your body and well-being together, Wali is the best personal trainer and health coach out there. I’ve had several rotator cuff surgeries and suffer from migraines. During my second training session, he stopped me during an exercise and said my shoulders looked out of alignment. He then showed me how the muscles were so tight there, it was probably contributing to my migraines and showed me how to release the tension and compression. I had been going to physical therapy for over 6 months for the same issue with no success. But Wali helped improve the issue in my second session!!! His knowledge of fitness, nutrition and health is extensive. In addition, he is patient and has a great vibe! So, no need to look any further because he truly is outstanding!

I saw an ad on IG and decided to take a chance with Broadway Fitness. It was the best decision for my health and wellness. My arm was hurting due to tightness of my muscles. He released the tightness in my arm and the relief was a miracle. I started my workouts a few days later and after a month, my arm is healed. I received tailored workouts to help stretch and strengthen my arm muscle.

I recommend BroadwayStrong to everyone. Men and women. Young and old. I’ve been training with him for almost 2 years now. I started a month after I had heart surgery. He is very knowledgeable about the human body. He also makes sure you’re doing every exercise correctly so you don’t hurt yourself. What I really like is the Muscle Reset sessions. I have been training with Wali at Broadway Strong for almost a year. I have seen slot of changes in my stamina, physical appearance, and mindset. In the past I would join a gym or training session and quit within 3 months primarily because I felt overwhelmed by the amount of time I was working out and the lack of results. It felt unsustainable. With Broadway Strong, the workouts are 30 minutes and are much more targeted and effective. I enjoy the small group and personalized sessions . I suffer from Migraines and often times my neck and back are always in pain. I decided to try the muscle reset and it has made a significant difference. I always felt so tight and my range of motion wasn’t that great. Immediately after the treatment, I felt loose and very relaxed. My neck pain and head pain was significantly reduced. I had extreme shoulder pain and maybe partially dislocated. I contacted Broadway Strong and he was able to accommodate his schedule so I could come in the next day. Within sentences, he was able to immediately identify what the issue was with my right shoulder. He started treatment immediately while also explaining in detail of what was going on with my shoulder. Treatment consisted of stretching, massage and cupping.
I was shocked, in a great way, of how quickly he was able to not just identify my issue but also provided the exact treatment as well. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, down to earth, a great listener, easy to talk to, and empathetic as well.
A few days later, I went from barely able to lift my shoulder to having FULL RANGE OF MOTION.
His kindness and generosity was on full display when I was leaving treatment and other clients came in for their training sessions and I could see the banter and relationships he has with them. You can tell he truly cares for his clients and goes the extra mile to help.
He is more than a trainer and provides more than just fitness.
He provides: mentorship, education, wisdom, fitness, health advice, treatment for injuries, empathy, patience and most of all...he cares.
He has the perfect insight of knowing which clients need tough love and which clients need patience, reassurance & sympathy. He doesn't patronize or condescend, he speaks with passion and he shows his passion by being there for all his clients and helping them thru their hardest days and pushing them thru their easiest.
If anyone needs a trainer and more? Wali Broadway is your guy.

You will not be disappointed!! Always a great session. After two back surgeries since 2020, I never thought that I would be able to work out this way again. I suffered with a lot of back pain, nerve damage, nerve pain and was told at Best I could probably just make walking part of my. I needed someone that focused on my specific needs and not the “one size fits all” training programs. Working with Wali for just a few months now, and I am able to squat, do lunges, push-ups, Burpee’s etc!! Amazing!! And I cannot remember the last time I was in excruciating pain with my back, he has taught me so much about the importance of foam rolling and I’m still learning. You will be challenged but lead by a great trainer working along side you the entire way. He wants you to reach your goals. This was the worse experience that I have had with a gym. Save your time and money and go to a gym that values and respects their clients and their client's times. The owner does not keep his appointments (this was true for me and a family member that no longer attends). Twice he had to cancel on my scheduled time. Day 3 of me working out, he spoke to me like I was a child when I did not know how to do pushups his way. His words were "This is why you can't take off for a weeK" Mind you I haven't been attending the gym for a week. When I told him I do not know what he wants because I don't know what his way is. He says in a loud, rude tone "You know because I do this during assessments with all my new clients" I had to tell him that I never received an assessment because on Day 1 there was no meet and greet, although I arrived early, he just motioned for me to join in.

The straw that broke the camels back was when I arrived at the gym at 5:30am and he was not there. He had sent a message at 4:45am asking if I could come at 6:30am instead. He did not take responsiblity nor did he apologize. He suggested that I check my messages beforehand. I am not attached to my phone, so I do not check it first thing in the morning. His reasoning was that he was out late with family. That is a poor excuse and not good business. Because he had trouble honoring his contract I asked for a refund. He told me that he does not do refunds, but would make an exception. He told me it would take 1 week...it took 5 weeks before he gave me half of what he was supposed to. So his word and work ethics CANNOT be trusted.

If a business owner's word can't be trusted it's only a matter of time before the whole business crumbles.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE!

Wali is the best personal trainer, coach, and educator I have ever met in the fitness world. He will go out of his way to meet your weight loss goals while correcting your posture and trying to alleviate any muscle or joint pain. His knowledge of the human body and of fitness is immeasurable. Everything he has you do has many purposes and all areas of your body will be targeted. You will be stronger, faster, and smarter when he is through with you! I have toned up significantly and have lost 20 lbs while working with Wali and I will continue to train with him as long as he’s in business!
