Corey has been my trainer for 6 months now. I can’t say enough great things about him - but I’ll give it a shot on here. First, he’s just a great trainer who knows what he is doing and will help you with your fitness goals. He designs your workouts and supports you both within his gym and outside his gym. He customized a plan for me, keeps track of all my work outs, and adjusts as necessary. He also helped with nutrition questions and advice. But I think most importantly is, Corey is just a great guy. He makes you feel comfortable and engaged and is a joy to spend an hour with. I would highly recommend giving him a shot!
Also, as a side note - I was someone who used to try all of the gym class fads - from CrossFit to F45 to a lot of the places around town. What I finally realized was - you just need to lift something heavy, use the right form, start eating better, and stick to it. I feel like this is the best and most effective regiment and I’m glad I finally made it here, with Corey’s help!

Before meeting Cory, I found myself stuck in a fitness rut, struggling to make any progress, especially with my arm strength which was affecting my daily activities. Additionally, dealing with osteoporosis in my back, I was cautious about exercising on my own for fear of injury.
From the outset, Cory was a beacon of change. His approach to fitness was refreshingly effective, introducing me to exercises that were far superior to my previous routine. His expertise was evident, and his suggestions were tailored to not only improve my arm strength but also to safely target my back to potentially increase bone mass.

I found C2 Fitness on google and after reading the reviews I decided to try a personal trainer for the first time. If you are in the same
boat as I was, you can stop searching now.
I would recommend Corey to any person of any age or body type who is looking to change their relationship with fitness.
He is extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to training with Corey and he has completely changed my perspective on the time spent in the gym. He helps you set realistic, achievable goals and has a wealth of knowledge that really maximizes your time spent exercising.
I have been working with Corey for a total of 10 sessions over approximately two months. In that time I have also been following his instruction on working out on my own time and following his nutritional recommendations. I’m down 10 pounds and feeling great. I can't recommend Corey enough as a personal trainer. At 37 years old, being overweight and unhappy with how I looked, I came to Corey will a goal in my mind that I thought was impossible to achieve. After 3 months of training with him, as well as following what he said I needed to do outside of our training, I was able to lose 30 pounds and 20% of my body fat. Corey takes a tailored approach to help you achieve your goals. He's extremely knowledgeable and explains how each exercise impacts the body. No matter where you are in your life and what age you are, if you listen to Corey and do your work outside of the gym, nothing is impossible.

I purchased a Groupon for C2 Fitness but have been unable to redeem my voucher because no one from the provider will return my out reach; although I’ve called 4 times and emailed twice since the beginning of May. I even popped in today (6/6) to try to schedule an appointment, but surprisingly, no one was there. I was truly motivated to get back on track with my workout after suffering an injury. After reading the positive reviews about C2 Fitness, I inspired. Now…not so much...

Working out and becoming healthy has been a goal of mine for years. Through C2 Fitness and working one on one with Trainer Corey I am seeing more results then I ever have before. I could not be more happier with how my body has changed in only 6 sessions. Not only does my body feel stronger along with more toned. C2 Fitness has very knowledgeable and seasoned personal trainers. I initially signed up and found out about the personal training program through a great six session deal listed in Groupon. The Groupon deal made it hard to pass up the opportunity to at least try it and check it out. At first, I had some doubts as to whether the extra time investment and personal training sessions would actually make a difference in my weight loss goals... as opposed to me just going to the gym on my own. However, I must say that it was definitely worth it. Charlene, my personal trainer, was pretty good in showing me what exercise techniques are most effective for my larger body frame and achieving weight loss without requiring the typical go to treadmills, elliptical machines and all other routines that we usually only feel safe doing on our own. From the training sessions, I am then able to continually use and implement what I've learned during my own time.

I had heard many good reviews from several people who have gone to C2 Fitness and worked out specifically with Corey Clapp, including my daughter who is a lacrosse player at Muhlenberg College, and needed to get into shape for the LAX season ahead when she returned to school after the holiday vacation. Corey's initial consult with me was thorough, and he seemed to know the right questions to ask to individualize a fitness program for me. As someone who had been a collegiate athlete "way back when," and for 35+ years has a pretty intensive work schedule, fitness seemed to continually take a backseat to all my other priorities. As a doctor, I knew I was doing myself a disservice , if I did not start to consistently take care of myself. So even though getting back into working out was somewhat daunting, Corey worked with me to be able to to achieve this along with my work schedule, made the workouts so interesting and varied, and best of all achievable. Within one month, I feel so much better physically, mentally and I look forward to my workouts with Corey. He is extremely dedicated, and you can see the passion he has for helping so many like me, who needed a push to get back into the world of fitness. A big thank you to Corey, and I am so glad that I have met you and become a part of C2 Fitness!

I have been training with corey for 1 month. I have lost 12 lbs. and have gained strength, endurance, and flexibility. I honestly never thought I would use a trainer but look forward to our weekly workouts. My 40th birthday is this April and I am so happy I found C2 Fitness. Great experience training with Corey! I train really early in the mornings with him and he’s always on time, diligent, and always has a positive can do attitude. I’ve noticed increased motivation in myself, and his work outs are always something different to keep you on your feet. Tough but definitely do-able. I can honestly say that C2 fitness has been the BEST decision i have made about getting fit. When I decided to start my fitness journey I was really intimidated about working out on my own at a gym. For years I have done gym hopping but I was never able to maintain the gym life. I entered C2 fitness a skeptic but it was diminished immediately due to the friendly and non-judgmental atmosphere. My instructor Corey who is an amazing person whom i sometimes refer to as a (military drill instructor) hehe, with confidence i can say he honestly wanted to see me succeed. Therefore, he push me hard as a result brought out a strength I was unaware i had. I am healthier and stronger and a bit closer to my goal. Thanks to Corey at C2 fitness.

It is the first time I've worked with a personal trainer and Brittney has offered me everything I could have hoped for, and more.
She is very professional and offers a truly individualized program shaped to your own objectives.
Brittney's own story is one of passion and dedication to fitness and health, which is inspiring and motivating.
I feel she pushes me to my limit, never letting me get too comfortable as my fitness level improves. She's also constantly concerned about safety which helped build the trust very quickly.
Brittney has great communication skills, understands people and is patient when required. Her empathy and humility was the true connector between us. I was always very uncomfortable and overwhelmed whenever going to the gym and Brittney has helped build my confidence. I'm now happy to exercise (quite unbelievable still!) and I look forward to our class. I am no longer self-aware and thus can fully focus on my training.

I took a leap of faith with C2 Fitness and signed up for a six class trial. The minute I met Brittney I knew she was going to be a great coach! During our initial consultation with me she listened to my goals, explained her approach and shared her own story. I was so excited to start training with her based only one consultation. I decided to join C2 Fitness because I had not worked out in a while, so needed to get back in shape or at least get up off my couch and increase my stamina. The trainers were very knowledgeable and supportive. They pushed me through the workouts and took me beyond my expectations. They truly showed me "no pain, no gain"! They show you the correct way to do the moves which is very important, and they keep the class interesting and motivate you right through each routine!

I bought the Groupon for the 2 week small group classes and I loved my experience! The trainers are very knowledgeable and push you through each workout. They also provide great nutrition advice on how to optimize your weight loss goals. I love the work out environment since you get to meet new people and everybody helps each other out in the small group all women classes. Each day has a different agenda/muscle group target and the routines change each day so you won't get bored. They have cardio boxing every Tuesday, full body session every Friday and cardio HIIT every Saturday. In just the 2 weeks that I've been there I've lost 2 inches around my waist and hips and lost 2% body fat. I could really feel and see the difference. Will definitely come back and enroll in their 12 week transformation program or for their personal training sessions.

I went to Corey at C2 fitness over my college spring break. I went in wanting to learn how to better workout and use the equipment at my gym at school. My expectations were more then met. The trainer was incredible, he taught me a bunch of new exercises, showed me what I needed to work on and pushed me harder then any other trainer I have used before.
