We recently visited Centercourt for a softball tournament, and I can honestly say it was a terribly-run facility. We arrived at 8:30 a.m. and it was FREEZING inside! After asking the woman at the front desk what was going on with the heat, and receiving several different answers (I don't know; It's cold in the lobby too; I'll call the boss; the manager said it was on; someone turned it up, it'll just take a while) it was obvious that this is either NOT A HEATED FACILITY or that the heater was BROKEN. (That would have been nice to know when the outdoor temperature was 35.) After the girls' first game, I asked the front desk woman again what's going on with the heating situation? She came down on the floor, and located the person she identified as the "manager" Juan (who seemed to be a team parent on the club team sponsoring the event, by the way). I raised my concerns to Juan, that it was freezing in the facility, to which he replied that "the heat was off from last night" (why they didn't have the heat on when they had an event in the morning is beyond me) and he asserted that it wasn't "freezing", it was 53.7 degrees! (He said this proudly, by the way!) I expressed my concerns that, while the girls were cold but ok running around, the parents/spectators, including small children, were at risk of exposure/hypothermia at that temperature, because we were there for a prolonged period of time (the tourney lasted 9 hours). He then got defensive, saying, "what do you expect when it's 35 degrees outside- it's not going to be warm." I said I expect there to be heat, and I've been to plenty of these places and they've all been hot and humid, in my personal experience. I even emphasized the point by telling him I dressed in layers, expecting to be in a t shirt, that's how hot and steamy I've experienced these places to get. (And if you know what I'm taking about, yeah, steamy, sweaty, and smells like gym socks is what I expected...) I told him that for a $600 registration fee to use an indoor facility, I expected a climate controlled indoor facility, not just a covered one. To this, he flippantly replied, "Well, you're free to leave anytime you want." What a horrible and dismissive thing to say! As the girls were already two games into a tournament.
If he is indeed the "manager" the more appropriate way to have dealt with the situation would have been to be truthful and apologetic (I'm sorry, the heat wasn't turned on last night, and now it seems that our unit is not working properly, we are sorry for the inconvenience, here's a discount for your next tournament registration, we hope you come back again and don't judge us poorly on this experience as it was out of our control- something to that effect). But no, we got defensiveness and attitude.
As for the facility itself, the bathrooms/showers/locker rooms were clean (and the only heated spaces in the entire building, apparently).
It didn't smell too bad (as these places go) and there was adequate parking.
There are no concession stands, though, so be prepared to bring your own food and beverages, too. (Honestly, I was really surprised by this, since they have birthday parties there, so I don't know how they have no concession or snack stand, aside from a vending machine in the lobby.)
And as for the tournament itself, we got the distinct impression that this was sponsored by the club team, and they invited local travel teams, rather than other club teams, as a bit of an ego boost for themselves. Our 10U girls performed impressively well against the club team, who played by a completely different set of rules that caught us off guard during our 1st matchup (stealing any base, any time, including home; stealing second off a WALK; ball isn't dead even when the pitcher has it on the mound, etc.) so if you're a local travel 10U team, be prepared! That being said, our girls adjusted quite well to rules and a style of playing they've never even seen, let along practiced.
As for another tournament in this facility, based on this experience, I can solidly say we will pass.

Hey baseball family! Iβm sorry to say but after yesterday that will be our last day with the Centercourt we would like to say thank you to all the kids they were amazing and so much fun to be around . They are all so passionate and amazing little kids . But in a world weβre politics will always rule even over a 9u baseball team itβs better for my family and I to look elsewhere . Double standards are not the way of life and unfortunately due to certain peopleβs feelings and what they deem appropriate not being alcohol in its self should be addressed . With that all being said these kids loose the most because of the politics. Maybe one day people will care more about the kids and coaching them to succeed rather with other people are doing when their personal time God bless you all and I wish your kids nothing but success moving forward They are great kids, and I wish I had the opportunity to coach them without a certain standard our own coaches donβt stand for Pittsburgh around my kid could barely talk because of alcohol consumption but Politics are on there side . π―ππΌπΊπΈ With marijuana being legal in New Jersey, they should really watch, especially when I have a medical condition and a card that states that I can. But with that whole double standard thing, Coach Jermey and Coach Joe weβre smoking cigars and drinking hard liquor and could barely talk but that was OK. Meanwhile, I was able to put my family to bed that night and got wasted so if you wanna be a part of an organization that put politics before people join this place I donβt wanna knock all the coaches, but I would stay completely away from these two on the field. They do not coach. They simply tell you what youβre doing wrong and the dog out they donβt move. I never seen One Coach show the kids how to catch high pop our ground ball do not waste $4000 on This place, absolutely horrible, horrible horrible horrible

Facility is okay but poorly managed. Team got screwed because the facility poorly explains their rules and guidelines. They simply chicken scratch in marker a few rules and the coaches take a picture of it. Itβs 2023, the rules should be detailed and posted on their site.
The umps said one thing, and the people running the facility said another in regards to drop dead rules. 2 different umps said 1 thing, the the representative who by the way, his son plays on the team who the rule favored, said something else. Shouldnβt the umps know the facility rules? Seems very shady.
All we ask is for the rules to be made public and explained in details and for the umps that they hire to know their rules.
Seems like they just care about your money.

I have observed a discrepancy as children are not permitted to access the field to watch the pick-up soccer games upon visiting & being supervised. It's worth noting that no explicit mention or signage on the website or within the facility communicates this restriction. You guys need to update the signage and on the website so itβs clear.

This is twice in a row that we have tried to bring our child and even though the website clearly states that they are open on Saturdays at 8am, we have arrived around 10am and the building is closed. Very disappointing!

Forget about an ninja obstacle course, signing your child waiver form is more challenging task. At the entrance there is a group of parents struggling to complete this tedious task on their smartphones. Book your child birthday party out some other place to avoid the grief. The staff is not helpful either.

We play indoor softball at this facility inside of the dome. The place is VERY clean. An upside is the filtered water faucet that they offer for free. The down side is that there is limited food/drinks for spectators. They would make a killing if they sold food there.

The only positive thing I can say about Centercourt is that the facility is beautiful. Beyond that, be prepared to open your wallet and empty it. There was a "virtual" showcase held there for baseball where they called our son by the wrong name. He spent over 3 hours catching for only pitchers to be highlighted, and was given only 11 pitches to hit and 3 pitches to highlight him as catcher. I was told that they would "try" to correct the error on the video when they called him by the wrong name. This cost $350 and provided zero exposure. In addition, the per player cost for "winter training" was $1775 which was supposed to include an individualized recruiting video that does not exist. When you call to voice your concerns, they just give lip service and offer no remediation. If at all possible - I will choose to never step foot in this facility again, nor would I recommend any individuals to trust their business practices.

Great facility with very nice people. I went there for a baseball program and it wasn't the best. They did light amounts of coaching and didn't critique my teammates and I when we did something wrong. I assume because they want us to pay more money to take their classes. They also have a very nice pitching machine there but they rarely let us use it even when it was being unused. Good place for soccer, baseball, and lacrosse but not that great for baseball.

We've thrown several birthday parties for our son over the years, including one at another similar gym. Nothing compares to a party at Centercourt. The instructors are amazing with the kids. The facility is awesome. It is (by far) the most stress-free experience for parents. They handle fluctuating RSVP counts without a second thought, and they take care of everything but the cake. Everything. They ordered the pizza and provided the drinks and paper products. They served pizza, poured juice, sliced cake, and helped us carry the gifts out to the car. They even entertained the kids with handstands while the kids finished their pizza. I can't recommend them highly enough. Awesome birthday destination.

An outstanding ninja gym. The pictures I saw online didn't do justice to the size of the place. It's quite large with an excellent variety, some obstacles tall for skilled adults and some lower for youth. My kids love the trampoline and foam pit, I love all the full-sized replicas from the show.
