I joined Central HIIT 2 months ago and it was the best decision I ever made. All of the coaches are incredible, none of them make you feel like you're not doing a good enough job. The members are welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. The class times they offer are unmatched. They offer a time that works for everyone. Don't waste any more time and come take advantage of the free 3 classes. You will want to sign up after the first class ;)

I started coming to Central Hiit to support a friend and now I don't think I'll ever leave! Central Hiit is more than just a gym, stepping into the space brings you into a community. Everyone is so friendly and the instructors know your name, and use it! The workouts are great and you are always given modifications for everything. I love how clean the space is and there is always 2 instructors which is great to have extra eyes on you to make sure you're doing everything safe and correctly. I highly recommend this gym!

I started coming to Central Fit primarily for my mental health and because I wanted to develop a healthier lifestyle. I’ve been attending five days a week for about two months now, and I couldn’t be happier that I found this class. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a community! The people here, both members and staff, are amazing. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely supportive.
It had been years since I last attended a gym, and I know how intimidating it can be, but Central Fit completely changed that for me. The environment is uplifting, and while the journey requires determination and discipline, the team is there to support you every step of the way.
I highly recommend this program! No matter what stage you’re at in your fitness journey, this is a must-try. Plus, they offer a complimentary three-day trial class—so there’s no reason not to give it a shot

I have absolutely been loving central HIIT! As someone who has been a member of another HIIT gym in the past, central HIIT doesn’t compare. Every coach is kind, welcoming and supportive. The workouts are challenging but can support lots of levels of ability. They also offer the ability to attend classes virtually which for a busy working mom, having that option is great. It’s a great feeling to have found a gym that makes working out something to look forward to and something that is attainable at the gym or from home !

I absolutely love this place! After completing a 3-day trial, I didn’t hesitate to sign up for a membership. The staff is incredibly personable and friendly, always willing to guide you through the exercises. On my first day, everyone took the time to congratulate me and warmly welcome me to the gym, creating a true sense of community. The workouts are short—only 30 minutes—but they’re highly effective, leaving me more sore than I’ve felt in a long time. I highly recommend!!

Central HIIT is truly the best gym to meet your fitness goals. Jaime, the owner, and all of the coaches are wonderful, kind people who make working out enjoyable. They ensure every body is working out safely throughout every class, which was especially important when I first began going since weight training was not something I knew how to do. I have not been able to stick to an exercise routine my entire life. I was in and out of different work outs and diets. I have now been going to Central HIIT for almost two years and I genuinely look forward to every day I go. The coaches and the other members and the entire feeling of the gym is welcoming, and warm, and accepting. This is (primarily) a group of woman, all ages and sizes and backgrounds, that root for each other every day, in every way. Our workouts change every day so it is never boring. We all have our own capabilities and levels of fitness, the coaches gear each workout to whatever your level of movement is. And we cheer each other on at whatever level we're at. I can't say enough about this second home we all have. PLEASE try it! You will NEVER regret it!

Central HIIT’s pop-up strength classes are great! Slightly smaller class size with many strength exercises, extra equipment and a lot of personal attention. Classes are a little longer and there is an opportunity to track your reps and weights to see your progress. Great way to challenge yourself. Really fantastic addition to the excellent HIIT workouts at Central HIIT.

After medically retiring from the Army, I have struggled to keep a workout routine and desperately needed somewhere to start. I reached out to Jaime at Central HIIT and expressed my (multiple) concerns about attending classes related to injuries from my multiple deployments. She put all my worries away for me, encouraged me to attend a class, the first three classes were free, and I knew this was it. I have loved attending classes every week in an encouraging, kind, understanding, and adaptable environment. They took away every excuse and definitely show their professionalism and dedication to us with every workout. Best choice I have made in a long time.

I cannot say enough good things about Central HIIT! The 30ish min classes are so quick and fun (and tough), and a great addition to any kind of lifestyle - whether it’s to supplement to an exercise regime you already have built or you are completely new to exercising. The coaches genuinely care for your wellbeing and will make sure you can get the best workout for whatever level you are at, including mods for injuries etc. Coaches also stay in touch outside of workouts by texting you, and always go above and beyond. This review is for a specialty, functional HIIT style gym...it is NOT your standard big box gym. If this is what you are looking for, continue reading. I have been a member for just over a year now, and there is so much to love about this gym! First, the owner Jamie, is an amazing small business owner! She is hard working, committed to growing her community, supporting members, and is genuinely the kindest person! Jamie also does as much as she can for supporting the community - charity drives, sponsoring local races/competitions, even posting updates in our neighboring facebook group (even if there is local construction that can hold members up for coming to class), she is so sweet and thoughtful. The 30-minute programs change daily, and can easily be accommodated for all fitness levels, injuries, etc. Creating fitness program can be difficult in of itself, but creating a new workout everyday takes a lot of work, and Jamie and the Coaches make it look so easy!! Central HIIT Coaches make you feel so welcomed, and are extremely encouraging every step of the way! The facility itself is TOP notch, and one of the cleanest, most organized gyms I have EVER stepped into - I appreciate this so much! The App makes it easy to sign up for classes, demoing the workouts prior to joining in-person class allows you to be more prepared and come up with modifications, if necessary, and the ability to join virtually is cool if you are traveling!! There is always enough equipment for all members in a single class session, and pop-up classes allow for more variety outside of the standard 30-min HIIT format. This is one of my favorite places to spend my morning workouts! Personally, I have 2 gym memberships...a standard gym to get my weight training, and Central for my cardio/HIIT to supplement, this is what works for me. It can be an expensive membership, but I love that there are many options to chose from that can fit all budgets. Joining is a no-brainer!! Go Sign Up Today!!!!!

Love love love this place. It's more than a gym. It's like having a personal trainer, food coach, and place where people become your besties all wrapped into one!!
The trainers literally help you out through your workout to make sure your form is correct and to help you make modifications to fit you.

I teach yoga at Central Hiit and also attend the group classes. The classes are quick, challenging (in a good way!), and effective. I love that each workout is planned, taking all of the guesswork out of working out so that you can truly focus. Modifications are provided for folks of all levels and the coaches work with you on form. The coaches and members at the gym are super friendly and welcoming. The environment at CH feels unlike any other gym I’ve been to- supportive and positive with an emphasis on creating balance and getting stronger. Couldn’t recommend Central HIIT more!

I recently returned to Central HIIT after baby #2 and in all honesty, it feels like I never left! This gym fam is one of the best! Everyone welcomed me right back into it as if I never missed a beat. The members are so encouraging, kind, strong, and from all different walks of life. There are multiple different class times. It’s so nice to have those options! The trainers are AMAZING and they really do care about each individual person. They help you adjust to ensure you don’t injure yourself and they also help you adjust so that you push yourself and really know your true strength. Just came back from a class at Central HIIT after being out for a month post-surgery and the trainers/coaches were so very accommodating. They modified the workouts for me so that I could avoid using certain parts of my body while still getting an amazing workout in.
I have met some of the most amazing people and everyone is so friendly and motivating. The coaches know everyone by name and they hold us accountable. If they don’t see you, they check in on you to ensure you’re ok. You aren’t just a member, you’re part of an amazing community and HIIT fam and for that I’m so very grateful. I have bounced from gym to gym over the last five years. Never feeling like I’m getting what I am looking for. Came across Central HIIT and I absolutely love it. The classes are a quick 30 minutes but you are working that whole thirty minutes. You can go at your own pace, no judgement at this gym. And the people here are so supportive of each other. There is always two coaches on the floor watching to make sure your using the correct form and are there for any modifications you may need. Also need to mention I have never seen a cleaner gym. I have only been there about a month and I can already see the changes in my body that I am looking for. So happy I found this gym.

I love Central HIIT! The owner and coaches are so supportive and truly care about their members. There is always 2 trainers on for each class to help correct form, to prevent injury, and to offer modifications or challenges as needed. Central HIIT is always clean. The second coach who is on each class even wipes down the equipment throughout the classes. I love how the classes are full body and different every day and I especially love that I am typically in and out of there in about 35 minutes. Quick and efficient- perfect for my busy schedule! The members are so supportive and fun and you truly don’t feel judged when you are there. The members are all different ages and fitness levels so everyone feels welcome and comfortable there. Anyone who I have recommended Central HIIT to has come and loved it! I definitely recommend coming in to try a class- there’s a free 3 day trial which is nice because you don’t have to commit right away.

Central HIIT has changed my life. I was never a gym person. I hated the fact that I had to workout daily to maintain or lose weight until I found this gym!! I can not express the fun I have in every class. The classes are 1/2 hour, so I am in and out. I don’t have to worry about what workout I am going to do or what muscle group I need to work, it’s all figured out for me. The classes are for any age group and there are mods for every exercise. Our FITFAM community is amazing, we build each other up and congratulate each other on our Milestones. It’s truly a no judgement zone. And last but not least the backbone of this gym, THE COACHES!!! Love each and every one of them! They are there to cheer me on and help with any adjustments I may need to make sure I have the correct form. I am so grateful for Central Hiit and the lifelong friends I have made. I truly enjoy working out at 5am!! ❤️❤️

During COVID they held us accountable via Zoom workouts and they continue to do so in and out of the gym. You’re not just a member, you’re part of the Central HIIT family. All of the trainers make it a point to know you and check in on you if they don’t see you! From the moment you walk through the doors you feel like you belong…everyone is super friendly, encouraging and most of all motivating. It’s 35 minutes of my day where I can focus on ME! I have noticed such a change, not just physically but mentally which is so important working full time and having an active preteen. I am truly grateful for the amazing environment Jaime has created in Central HIIT. If you’re on the fence or nervous about trying it out, don’t be. I promise you that you’ll be glad you did!

I absolutely love this gym, coaches and members. I’ve been working out with Central HIIT for two years now and it’s the longest I have EVER stuck to a fitness routine. No matter how I’m feeling when I come to the gym, I always leave happy and fulfilled with my workout. The trainers are always there with an alternative to modify an exercise that may not be working for you that day or help you step up your game with an extra challenge. I’m amazed everyday with how my body moves and the strength I have found in myself. I have been going to Central HIIT for over four months, and I absolutely love this gym. The owner Jaime and the other amazing coaches have worked hard to create a challenging but supportive environment where I have felt stronger and more in shape every week. When a member is at class, two of the coaches are always on the floor to lead and support the members during a workout. They help you adjust so you don’t injure yourself and get your form right. They check on you so you are doing the right thing and staying on task. They cheer you on. It feels like I am getting a personalized experience, even in a room of over fifteen other gym members.
Jaime and her team have also been so helpful, supportive, and accommodating for me as well. They offer both in person and virtual classes, and they provide instruction for any person regardless of their fitness level. The coaches provide modifications for individuals of all abilities. Do you have a bad back or bad knees? Are you unable to get on the floor for burpees or crunches? Do you have asthma? It doesn’t matter. They will find a way to help you to exercise and challenge yourself. I highly recommend this gym, and I am so glad I found it!

I just completed my first work out with Central HIIT team and absolutely loved it! From the moment I reached out about the facility the owner Jamie was extremely helpful with ease of communication. Joining a new facility can be intimidating but the member made feel so welcome and guided me through my first work out. Excited to find a new work out team close to my new home where I can get a full body work out in 30 minutes!

After not exercising for a really long time due to injuries, I finally got fed up enough to start again. I didn’t want to go to a typical gym and wander around looking at all the equipment or picking a few and doing the same routine over and over again. A friend told me about Central HIIT and I started going. Everyone is so nice and the instructors are supportive and extremely knowledgeable. They make sure to help you as needed and to make sure your form is correct so you get the most out of the exercise. There is no pressure to keep up to a certain pace, just encouragement to push yourself, as you are stronger than you think. The routines are different everyday so you don’t get bored. I am extremely happy I started going and feel good when I leave. Going gave me the motivation to push myself to get to where I was and want to be physically. I definitely would recommend for anyone that wants a change but isn’t sure where to start or for those looking for a positive change. You won’t be disappointed!!!

After a two year hiatus of not working out , I joined Central HIIT . I am so happy to be a part of this gym/ community . The coaches are terrific. I train with Gina J. and she is awesome. She is very motivating, supportive and focused. Since I had not worked out in awhile , I have had to modify some exercises and I feel completely comfortable going at my own pace. Most importantly , the coaches will tell me if I need to change something I’m doing with my exercise.. correct form etc. It is evident they are passionate about their jobs and they care about their people. I was hesitant to go to Central HIIT because I haven’t been to a gym since before Covid however from my first day Jaime and all of the trainers as well as the members made me feel welcome. I've been going to Central HIIT the past several months after not working out consistently for a long time. Everyone has been very welcoming and provide me with tips and modifications when I need them. I love how the classes are quick and fit well into my busy schedule with 2 young kids. A friend invited me to come workout and from that first class I haven't looked back. Im challenged every class. Central HIIT is the best thing that ever happened to me! It’s my daily therapy. I have a very high pressure job making it difficult to ever leave my desk to go to the gym…until I started with Jaime at Central HIIT. The Virtual option makes it simple to walk downstairs to complete a live class, get a total body workout and then get right back to work. All in about 40 minutes. The workouts are so hard but you feel so great when it’s finished. Jaime and the trainers are amazing. My day is not complete now unless I get my class in. Central HIIT is an awesome gym. Actually, it feels silly to refer to it as just a gym because it feels more like a community. The 30 minute workouts with a LIVE coach are guaranteed to make you sweat and feel strong. The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable, and they never judge. Ever. Modifications can be made for every exercise and if you feel you need more encouragement or accountability, the coaches are more than happy to provide it. I highly recommend Central HIIT!!
UPDATE: The gym's brand new physical location is fantastic. The class format is the same and the variety of the equipment used is challenging for all levels of fitness. The space is bright and clean- the coaches are fanatical about cleaning.

Jaime is patient, caring, understanding, and highly motivating. Through a difficult year, she encouraged me to take small steps in getting back into my routine while also reminding me to give myself some grace. The workouts are different every day, which keeps you looking forward to them, while also challenging different muscle groups and working in cardio. I joined Central HIIT in March ‘21 & love it! The coaches are awesome and are very attentive as well as able to correct form over Zoom. The demo videos help me feel prepared for the workout and confident in what I’m doing or modifying with! I recently had an injury where I could not work out for two weeks and Jaime paused my membership while I was out of commission.
