Chase Strength and Conditioning is a great gym with a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. The workouts are challenging no matter what your fitness levels are. The coaching and programming are spot on and you will get into the best shape of your life.

The community aspect here at CrossFit Skunk is a strong one and you're going to make friends whether you like it or not. CrossFit is hard...PERIOD and what helps me endure is the support of my fellow athletes and coaches and feeling like you're not alone in the process. Deb is great and her attitude and pride in her business shows!

This is a really nice facility that has an awesome staff. The instructors are thorough with teaching you how to do the workouts and will even work out along side of you themselves. You will be welcomed each time you walk in the door and reminded that coming back wonβt hurt you.
If your looking for a place to workout with other like minded individuals who will always encourage and support you regardless of what your goals are then take the first step and go visit CrossFit Skunk.

I moved into the area in March and was looking for a gym which in these times was a bit hard. I came across CrossFit Skunk and figured I'd give it a try. I met Debra the owner and felt she was the real deal. She had me take 3 private lessons so I could be acclimated the the techniques of CrossFit. I'll admit I was a bit intimidated my first class and wasn't sure if CrossFit was for me. I did however enjoy the atmosphere and I definitely was pushed to the max. I went a few more times and started to get hooked. The people, the workouts and Debra was right there pushing me the whole way. I'm now going 3 to 4 times a week and am stronger than I've ever been in a short amount of time. My shoulder and knee pain is gone which I've had for years, my energy is through the roof and I have made friends that I love to see, joke and battle with during classes. I highly recommend Debra and her CrossFit Skunk gym to anyone! Thank you for everything Deb and introducing me to your Skunk family.

Just go and have fun! Everyone here is friendly. Deb, the owner, is a great trainer for 1:1 and group. So happy to have found a home for working out.
