I joined the gym For family and friends week. I highly recommend it. Gym is clean, has a lot of equipment and they implement variety of workouts. They are in constant communication with you about your goals and offer help to achieve them. Coaches are very friendly and helpful. I will go back soon .

My daughter and I started off with the 3 session trial for $30, just to try it out and see if it was something we enjoyed and could commit to. After the trial, we decided to join and so far everything has been great! I had not worked out in over 3 years and was nervous, but surprisingly it wasn’t as bad as I thought. We look forward to our workouts and like how we can join classes on the app and also see the workout of the day. They also have multiple evening classes which I appreciate. Mike has stayed in contact frequently, the coaches are motivating and knowledgeable, and members are friendly and helpful. So far very happy with our decision!

I started with the Groupon. It's a great way to try it out and not spend a ton of money. I bought the 10 sessions for $50. In 10 sessions I lost 8 lbs and an 1 1/2 inches total.

I Love It!!!! It has given me a reason to wake up early and go do something for myself. With a full time job and two kids its hard to do anything after work, I love this so much that I actually get up at 5 am to go workout. The workouts are hard, but it feels good and the trainers are great.
It has also helped to want to eat better.

I saw the groupon for FBC and knew I wanted to join. I got my 2 best friends to come with me as well even though it wasn't easy to convince them. Ever since even though the workouts are brutal. I LOVE THEM! I go home and feel energized. And I love the fact that you have the trainers there with you always. My body is getting used to it by now, and I can start to see little results. Fit Boot Camp (FBC) is the best place to get fit and healthy. It is truly an "Anti Gym."

For those who workout at a regular gym, workouts become monotonous, dull, and sometimes dangerous (if you have improper form and or if there's no spotter). Here at FBC, the workouts are different every day, the coaches will motivate, challenge and spot you, there's a social and open atmosphere with other members and coaches, and you will become fit (lose inches, build muscle and strength, improve endurance, and gain confidence) while having fun.

The workouts at Fit Boot Camp are different everyday and mirror CrossFit training. Every day at Fit Boot Camp is different. The workouts will vary from strength, endurance, and or cardio. This means the workouts are not dull or monotonous. Doing the workouts each day is intense like CrossFit, but fun and rewarding to do. Once you complete a workout, you'll feel exhausted, but satisfied that you've finished.

The coaches at Fit Boot Camp will motivate, challenge, and spot you while you're working out. They will motivate you to do better and to keep up with the workouts. If the coaches see you can keep pace, they will challenge you by either by adding weight, modifying the exercise, or suggest a challenging exercise. While working out, the coaches will go around to each member to see if they are doing the correct and proper form of the exercise. If they see improper form on an exercise (e.g. squats), they will inform and correct your squats. If they see you can't do a specific exercise, they will "downscale" it or make it simpler for you to do. Overall, the coaches are around to help and assist you on each workout.

There’s a social and open atmosphere with the other members and coaches at Fit Boot Camp. The members and coaches you workout with are open, approachable, and social. Conversations and topics are a plenty around FBC. Friendships can be gained here. Plus, you won’t feel alone when working out. Other members do motivate, challenge, and spot each other.

The idea of Fit Boot Camp is that you will become fit, and you will. You’ll notice loss of inches around your waist and other areas, strength and endurance when doing a specific exercise or workout, and a gain of confidence during and after the workout while having fun; however, do remember that it takes time to notice changes in your fitness level. If you are consistent (come to workout at FBC for at least 3 to 4 times a week), you will notice changes within a month or two. Additionally at FBC, the coaches do hold specific weight loss challenges for a given amount of time. Those who participate and complete the challenges will be rewarded in the end with a prize, but the biggest rewards in completing the challenge are of being overall FIT and HEALTHY.

Overall, Fit Boot Camp is the place to focus on your health and fitness. Those who attend FBC regularly will say it is better than any gym in the area. If you want to see changes in body, strength, endurance, confidence, and abilities then FBC is the place to be. You won’t regret it.

You will see quick results and will feel consistently motivated to change your life and diet. It is for all fitness levels and ages. Fit Boot Camp is the real deal!!!! I'm a very active person but now I'm in the best shape I've ever been and it's all due to FBC's high energy CRAZY workouts. The workouts are never boring and never the same. All of the trainers are knowledgeable and friendly and the members are all supportive of each other. Fit boot Camp was just what I was looking for. I am not a gym person, I try working out at home, but that take motivation. I bought a Groupon in January, finally got up the nerve to try it in May and Love it. The workouts, the challenges, the people. You will be sore -- day 2 is a killer, but it is worth it. Something different each time. I've recommended it to numerous friends. You are taught the proper way to do each exercise...there are modifications if you are new or just can't do it. Fit Boot Camp is designed for all no matter what your fitness ability is.

Since joining Fit Boot Camp I have lost almost 20 pounds and several inches. However, the most important benefit that I have noticed is my ability to do so much more than before. I was out of breath climbing the stairs out of the subway in NYC before joining Fit Boot Camp. Now I have so much more energy and my core is much stronger. I am doing exercises that I never would have thought possible before. They give tips and guest speakers on changing eating habits which has helped immensely. I had never heard of the Paleo way of eating before but now it has become a part of our lifestyle. The trainers are so helpful and encouraging. Am I sore from the workouts? Of course, but that goes away in a day or two. Each workout is different and they mix it up between cardio and strength and metabolic. My husband, daughter and I travel 1/2 an hour each way up to 3 days a week to get here - that's how much we enjoy it!

I completed a few classes at FBC through their Groupon offer. I enjoyed my time there although short, and really feel that given a longer period of time I really would have seen results. The trainers are friendly and really pushed and motivated the group from start to finish. I enjoy this type of workout much better than any regular gym routine. FIT Boot Camp is the best. I joined a little over 6 months ago and can truly say i love it there. I have always been an athletic person, playing sports all my life but got into lifting more during college. After 4 years of the typical gym workouts, and waiting for machines i was losing motivation to go to the gym. I wasnt seeing the results that i wanted and was getting tired of the same old routines. When i found FIT Boot Camp through a google search it was exactly what i was looking for. Every day it is a new and exciting workout, the trainers are friendly and just plain awesome, and the FIT Boot Camp family are awesome as well. Those three things combined make an incredible place! The work outs push me harder than any of my workouts have, i am seeing gains in my strength and definition, and pushing myself harder and harder each class! I am a busy mother of three who works full time and I have to say that I am really happy with fitbootcamp. They have a flexible schedule that helps you fit in a work out into your schedule. The routines work out every part of your body and its like you are getting personal training every time. The work outs are sometimes intense but you feel so good every time you go out there and you don't have to spend 2 hours in a gym to get results. I joined FBC in the hopes of losing weight. I am not though with the class but i am definitely seeing changes in my strength. I am very happy that I joined. I am always looking forward to the next class.

My wife and I took our first two classes a few weeks ago. We loved it. I have a military background and the atmosphere and physical excercises brought back those tough military workout memories. I recently participated in teh PA Spartan Sprint. The few classes that I took definately helped me prepare for the race. Overall, the trainers are professional, the workouts are challenging and the equipment, so far, is all you need in a Crossfit gym (I am not a Crossfit expert - but from what I have seen, it's all I would ask for). I would highly recommend to others -- which I already have done.

I really enjoyed FBC. I signed up with their Groupon. At first I thought it was a pain that I had to do 2 classes first in a small group (I was ready to jump right in) but I was glad they had this. The first classes are very small and they are there to help you perfect your form. The trainer was very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend this class if you're looking for a hard working, calorie burning and sweat inducing hour!

My wife and I just completed the Rapid Start program and are excited to begin our Elite classes. The Rapid Start was fun but definitely a nice challenge. We are looking forward to getting back into the shape we used to be in before we got married. Our trainer Anthony is very knowledgable and fun to work with. He pushes you just enough to get you through the session but not enough to hate him. it's going to be a fun 6 months...

I am truly happy I found Fit Boot Camp!!. I travel from irvington, NJ about 4x a week to workout there. They help me not only with my workouts but also with my eating habits. I am eating healthier than before that i even have my family eating healthier. with all this combined have definitely noticed a change. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE THINKING OF JOINING TO JOIN BEST DECISION YOU WOULD MAKE. Plus the trainers are friendly and willing to help any way they can,

SO HAPPY I FOUND FIT BOOT CAMP !!!! I can't say enough good things .. from the trainers, to the great workout, to the awesome way I feel afterwards... Fit Boot Camp is terrific. I have tried so many different places and this is definitely the best. The trainers really help you get the best workout you can. Whether you are a beginner or at an advanced level of fitness you will get a great workout. Even though I am part of a class I feel like the trainers know me and give me personal attention to help me reach my goals. Everyone should try it!

I've been coming to the boot camp for a month now and I have to say that this is definitely the Anti-gym. Every workout has been different, the equipment is basic plus Arnel and Diana are just FANTASTIC! The room itself where the workouts take place is enough and you never feel like you're on top of another person.

This is definitely what I've been looking for. I've done local gyms, NYSC, YMCA and even done programs like Insanity and TurboFire. You get the motivation you need and they provide you with nutritional information that can help you achieve your goals.

I am very happy with FIT Boot Camp!!!
