Alot of broken stuff . The sauna constantly. they are cheap and try to keep the temperature low and u cant build a sweat sometimes. Only reason I go is its close and eric and some members are cool.

I've been here on and off over the last few years, and I love this place. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and I've never felt intimidated to start up my workout routine again.
If you're like me and new to working out, this is definitely a great place to start. If you're experienced, they have a large variety of machines and classes, so there's something for everyone.

I stop by on every visit to the area. The gym has 3 squat racks and plenty of weight to throw around. It’s usually not too busy either, which is always a plus.

Did the $9 VIP trial and was pleased with that...until ABC Fitness charged me over $100 even though I cancelled well in advance and is STILL fighting with my credit card company even though they sent me the cancellation documentation with my signature. Not worth the hassle.

Just went in to cancel my 'no contract, no obligation, cancel anytime' membership and was told that since I'm 2 days past my payment date I'll still have to make a payment in 28 days, pushing my membership into the end of November, even though I'm canceling today (9/24/16). What a joke this place is...way to rip people off

I love this gym!!! The staff is so nice, the place is very clean and there are plenty of equipment and workout options. There are never any wait times for cardio machines. The cost is very reasonable. Most importantly, the staff is always available, yet they never bother you with "muscle-head" type trainers trying to sell personal training services like most of the other places around here. I wish I would have joined here years ago!
