Couldn't be happier with my membership! I left plant fitness to join metro back in May. This gym is really nice, has a great staff and is extremely clean, which I love! It's complimentary 2 hour parking is also a bonus! I really like their perks program, since it motivates people to actually get up and go to gym to earn free stuff (better than getting free pizza & bagels! LOL). This gym truly embodies fitness and living a healthy lifestyle, something that's hard to find in this area.

This gym locks you into a one-year contract. But good luck canceling it. I had to write a letter and send it in certified mail. And still they continued charging me.

When I called in they claimed they never received the letter and told me I would need to tell them to the registration number on the certified letter in order to cancel it. Now my only option is to go through the credit card company to get my money back.

My advice: Stay far, far away.

STAY AWAY - Plenty of gyms around the area, with pools, and classes are reasonable times. This place has hidden fees they do not tell you about, High upfront costs. They have a list of classes available to you, but those classes are during the day! I came during the day, NO one comes to those classes, it’s a scam to create an illusion of them providing you with a lot, when they are only giving you so little.

Right down the road there are 2-3 other gyms. Take a look becoming committing to anything with this gym.

Love it. No pressure, and thats coming from someone who has never walked into a gym in there life. Everyone is in there worrying about themselves. No groups of people judging, most of the time everyone is just in there putting in work. GREAT PLACE!

What a joke of a business. Staff isn't nice, helpful, or professional. All they do is complain about their jobs and bosses in front of Clients. Have a signed contract saying I could cancel if I moved and a signed cancellation paper from the gym and not only have they continued to charge me--but they've sent my account to a collections agency.
