I got up at 5 AM this morning and came to the 6 AM class. Got there 10 minutes early as expected, ready to work out. Doors were closed. No instructor showed up. At 6:03 I received a text that class is canceled. Spoke to frustrated women in the parking lot, apparently this is not uncommon. This place has absolutely no respect for people‘s time!

I joined club Pilates a few years and had to stop because I could never get into classes.when I joined this time again I told them about that and they told me I had to learn how to play the game to get into classes. Well I have never been able to get into ONE class. Once in a while I would get a text after 11 pm that a class was open now in the morning. I have a job and can’t do this. I’ve been asking many times for them to stop trying to charge my credit card and calling and texting me hassling me. People should know that this is a scam. I’ve tried numerous times to go in person and speak with them. They assured me that I was removed and won’t be called anymore…..I’m still being called. My next stop is the better business bureau.Pa this is only the second bad post I’ve written I’m my life. I really don’t like doing this but I’m being forced to now.

They never answer the phones. I’ve left multiple messages. I canceled the membership over 6 months ago and they keep charging me $299 a month plus other random fees! Please call me back. Member is Donna and credit card under Thomas. This is complete robbery and a total scam!

I have been attending CP for over a year. I absolutely love this studio! Every instructor I've ever had has been wonderful, attentive and truly care about the style of their classes. The studio is clean and a really nice space.

My relative is a student and she was never made aware they offer a student discount. I left several messages on their answering machine while she was a member to call me back and never heard back from anyone. When I finally got a manager on the phone she said she would speak to the owner about it. When I heard back from the manager she said the owner stated she can’t credit her credit card back as she recently cancelled her membership. She cancelled her membership because she moved.! This is bad business as I know this could have easily been done after speaking with other Club Pilates locations.

The instructors are fantastic but the management lacks . They charged me late fees for classes I attended and late fees for classes that I was waitlisted for. I started in the Englewood studio which has a stellar management and nothing like that had ever happened there . I think it’s run poorly and they don’t care at all when they charge you for classes you attend. Watch out

Alison and her husband, the owners, run a wonderful establishment! When you walk into most gyms, you feel that it's impersonal, but not with Club Pilates! When you're there, you feel like you're at home and belong there.

When going to Club Pilates, just know that the environment is very welcoming. There are many gyms and health clubs in the local area, but Club Pilates is where it's at. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their establishment, making sure every inch of the facility is impeccably maintained at any given time!

Whether it's your first time at a gym or you're an experienced gym enthusiast, make Club Pilates your one and only place to go to get in the best shape possible! You won't regret it!

Such an amazing Pilates Studio! Literally the best best best. I came in for the free intro class! The studio really worked with my schedule too, they had a variety of times to choose from. I had only done Pilates once before and it was a mat class - needless to say Reformer Pilates was brand new to me! They welcomed me into the studio with open arms and the instructor was so helpful throughout the class. Even though it was only a bite size version of the regular class, I still got an amazing workout! (SO OBVIOUSLY I JOINED). Everyone there is so kind and friendly. It's a warm and welcoming environment. I can't imagine getting my workout in anyplace else.

I had never done Pilates before coming here and at first i was super nervous. Boy am i glad i took the leap and joined club pilates! The instructors are so nice and accommodating! They made me feel so comfortable and are so helpful towards my workout and goals! I started off witb the 4 classes a month membership but i moved up to the unlimited and i already see the changes in my body! I definitely recommend Club Pilates! Its a different way of getting in shape thats super fun!

UPDATE: I still love love love Club Pilates Emerson! All of the instructors are so amazing and supportive. No two classes are ever the same so it never gets repetitive. Pilates has strengthened my core so much and has really increased my joint and muscle movement. The low-impact workouts are perfect for my back. It is such a friendly and positive environment. It feels like a little family. The staff is so helpful and makes me feel so comfortable at the studio! Thanks Club Pilates for helping me get a kick start on all my fitness goals. Don't know what I'd do without the Club Pilates Emerson crew!

I have been a member of CP Emerson since last May and I go almost every day. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this studio! All the instructors are amazing and I always leave feeling empowered and refreshed. It has been a game changer and I highly recommend trying it out - you will be so happy you did! I have been a Pilates Reformer enthusiast for over 4 years and have tried a few different studios. Club Pilates in Emerson is unique....I love the set up, the amount of equipment provided to each station (not every studio has the chair, BOSU, TRX & barre!) the instructors are all very approachable and help guide you through each exercise with modifications to make it more or less challenging depending on your needs for that day/exercise. No where else can you get so much for the amount you are paying! And don't even get me started on the water filtration system...so good!
